“They were so kind they actually treated me like a person, an experience that I had not received from the large chain pharmacy I was at prior.They listened to what issues I was experiencing getting my prescriptions filled ,all while Im dealing with a family emergency needing to go out of state. It was minutes prior to them being closed and my prescription still hadn't been sent over until 6:00 pm .Instead of making me come back the next day they actually filled them without any issues. It makes all the difference in the world to have actual customer CARE ! Thank you so much again! You have a customer for life and I will definitely be referring anyone that I know in need of a pharmacy to you.”

“Our friend (who is a Dr.) recommended this company. First, let me say I have never had better customer service from any healthcare company. From our initial call to delivery of the medications everything worked like clockwork.
Marie was so helpful, thorough and caring. She walked us through the options for my husband’s newly prescribed drug. The cost difference of the same name brand drug coming from the UK vs our American pharmacy is shameful. The savings will be around $5000 a year. The follow up at this company was incredible. Marie even called us on the day of our delivery to let us know it was arriving. This is an excellent company. Thank goodness I was told about it. I’d heartily recommend them to anyone.”
“I work at this walmart and its pretty okay but the customers can be absolutely miserable always yelling at other workers. 99% of the time we have no idea what we are doing because people do not know how to train us properly and then when people ask us questions and it takes longer than 2 minutes to look it up people go ape shit because our devices take too long. Yall need to give us a break. Especially in the online grocery department! Keeping track of thousands of orders is hard to do. And when orders go missing we usually try to repick the order for the customer. But people need patience. We CANNOT have an order out in less than a minute we have a process and people can obviously not understand that. And heres a TIP before you pick up your groceries. DO NOT COME BEFORE AN APPOINTMENT. The amount of complaints we have is because for some reason people have an appointment after they pick up their groceries. PLEASE come later we are open from 7am-10pm and we hold orders up until 3 days.... So please just give us some time.”

“The pharmacy service itself was fine. However, I take issue with the distance and location as related to the parking. It is located inside the medical offices building and on the second floor. The entry to the building is on the first floor without entry at the second level.
A person with mobility problems will find this very inconvenient and difficult to do, as my family member did. Consider - locating a parking space, entering the building, going through the lobby to find elevator, arrive at second floor, going back across lobby area to pharmacy, waiting there for service, and then doing it all in reverse!
Phew! I'm already tired.
Some of our prescriptions are required to go to this location (and will not be sent to others), so we don't have a choice sometimes.”

“Largo Florida...'My' CVS... Always have a good experience. Don't actually shop too often but when I do, never have any real issues. The reading glasses kiosk was a bit of a mess but managed through. Customer service traditionally is above par. Their Minute Clinic has always been very good to me so I highly recommend.”

“I have upgraded this CVS store as they will address your concerns and needs fairly quickly now, if you leave a voice message. I don't know they've added to the number of employees or just hired new and much more customer centered staff. But whatever it is they deserve recognition!
