I have had great experiences with Pinellas Computers. They initially quoted a price on a repair I requested but then took the initiative to suggest an easier repair that would save me close to $300. Their professionalism combined with an obvious desire NOT to simply exploit my lack of knowledge has won them my continued patronage.

What amazing service from this team. I had computer issues on 2 different occasions. The service was impeccable and professional. They resolved both issues timely and saved me from potential data disaster. I would recommend them highly and will be back if the need arises in the future.

Felt so excited to visit my parent who needed help with her apple computers cracked screen. Walked in and was immediately eyed up and down by two men who aggressively asked what I wanted. When I explained I had a computer for repair the main person behind the counter crossed his arms and said he'd need $60 before he'd look at it. What a joke! Said thank you and I'd see where else I could go and he said good luck. So my mom Called apple and after speaking with someone helpful got an estimate for the repair right away. It's really amazing how entitled male employees treat solo females. I guess I should have come in with a chaperone!

Never have I been more disappointed with a computer repair. Charged $100 over msrp for a gpu and completely ruined the aesthetic of my machine. Software and hardware malfunctions upon return. Took it back and they couldn't fix, while carelessly altering all of my settings without putting it back. They even got my name mixed up w another customer DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPUTER HERE!

I needed help with a random bug my pc developed out of nowhere, it was unusable. Constant freezes and sudden random new tab replications... At first they attempted to replicate the issue at the store but it didn't work, so they've asked me to bring my power cord, mouse and keyboard. They dug and dug and found the issue! A couple of corrupt drives my razed synapse downloaded (or incorrectly downloaded). A few updates later, I got my pc back!!! Thank you guys for being persistent and actually caring about my pc! Will be back soon for any upgrades!!

Computer crashed during these crazy thunderstorms last week. My buddy referred me to this store. I am so impressed w/the level of service I received, especially from Mercedes. It's rare to find anyone today that takes the time to really explain things, but Mercedes was incredibly patient and explained my options. Highly recommend Mercedes at Pinellas Computers of Largo!
