Entirely unhelpful. I went in to get an updated version of a document I had already had notarized multiple different times at different branches and they wouldn’t do it even though I called to make sure there was a notary there and that the document was something they were allowed to sign. The lady at the teller line read over the document several times said it was fine and then told me to sign my portion while she got her stamp out. At the last second, after I had already signed, she says she wants to double check with her supervisor. Why, when she had already said yes? No idea. Her supervisor takes one glance at the document and says the teller will “get fired” if she notarized it because it’s not an approved document. She’s full of it, I called the main customer service number and talked with a super helpful woman that said as long as it is a financial document it would be fine. So after all that I had to contact my attorney for a fresh copy of my document, because the one I had with me the teller made me sign without notarizing it, ruining my ability to take it elsewhere. Had they just said from the beginning that they couldn’t notarize it I could have saved myself a lot of time and some money too. I don’t expect to be treated as if my time and money don’t matter, especially when they are in the wrong.

I am very excited to be banking with PNC. I walked in the bank not knowing what to expect, but upon my arrival all I received was great energy from all the staff. The positive energy is what won me over from the start. I recommend this bank over any other, whether it be personal or business. Joshua is a fantastic manager and has your best interest at heart. He showed me that he wants my business to thrive and gave me insight on different ways to approach my business with successful marketing skills. All you have to do is ask and any question you have will be answered. I feel confident and in control of my business endeavors. Thanks to my PNC family!

Very rude older lady just stood there with a longer line not helping. She didn’t want to help us just said to do it online or use the ATM. What are you there for then?!?

Rudest and most unhelpful branch I have ever set foot in. The ignorance is astounding. I wouldn’t let these people empty a honey bucket, let alone manage my finances. If you bank here you are just asking for problem after problem with zero resolution. Seriously these are some of the most incompetent people I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with. My dog could manage this bank better and then you’d at least be greeted more kindly.

AVOID PNC AT ALL COSTS!!! PNC bank will take money from your account, and getting it back will be a GIANT HEADACHE. You work hard for your money, why let some shady bank take it for no reason? Seriously just go to a bank that you have heard of. I've been on hold with them for about the last 20 minutes. And I will keep leaving bad reviews until my problems are rectified and then , I will close my account down forever.I've had problems specifically is the branch on 49th St. and 38th Ave. N in St. Petersburg, but my experience there was so bad, that I'm warning people to stay away from PNC's in general.Looks elsewhere for better customer service

The tellers made it seem like my request was too complicated for her to do. Rather than do a simple cash advance for me, she tells me to go to the ATM, but there is a fee that she is clueless about cause she told me that "there isn't a fee and there's a lot of information she's going to need in order to do it.." I'm wanting to avoid the fee clearly and go back in to get help by someone else who completed it quickly and easily. Not gonna pull a racial card, but it feels that way..She asked if I Bank with PNC and I said no and I'm glad I don't if that's how it is.

Moved my personal and business accounts to PNC in 2019 and have 0 regrets. The fact that I can come to this branch and the tellers and branch manager always know who I am is a big deal. They remember that I have a little girl and always ask how she is. I get more of a personal experience compared to banks in the past. Highly recommended!

My experience at this PNC ATM was fantastic even during these covid-19 times. There were several customers waiting to access this ATM but everyone respected everyone else's space so there weren't any issues, it seems society is learning and accepting and one day we'll all be better than we were pre-pandemic in regards to hygiene and with the abandonment of useless traditions like "hand-shaking" which has been spreading germ since it's inception sometime in the 5th century, personally I don't need to shake your hand to keep my promise, my word is my bond.Well there's no need to make a promise or declare anything to extract money from this lifeless steel box, the only prerequisite is that you have money available in any of the accounts you're requesting funds from and agree to pay the bank a modest fee for keeping your money safe, secure and accessible. I'm not one to go inside a bank since online banking began decades ago and this is pretty much the norm these days for many. I personally think the brick and mortar is a waste of what could be a green space and if the buildings didn't exist my fees would be much cheaper - it's not like you can see a banker face to face anymore without scheduling an appointment - so where are the banks with virtual meetings everyone I know can "zoom" thanks to covid.I truly believe all banks with a lobby should give away free donuts and coffee to offset any fees incurred for letting the bank hold your money, that alone probably would silence the bitter ones...
