They don’t even deserve a 1 star.
Bracy was so unprofessional with an old lady there. They left me waiting for 50 mins while they all having breakfast in the back. Bracy end up helping with food in he’s mouth . A lady named Mora she tried to help me and they stopped her. I just got up and left. This people have some issues im their personal life

I'm switching banks over the incompetence at this location. Nothing gets done correctly and I constantly have to take time out of my day to sit on the phone with customer service to reverse their screw ups.

Always takes an extremely long time at any PNC location but this specific location has to be the worst. Also unable to get a secured credit card when my credit is good for one and it's a SECURED card using my own money. PNC is not the business it used to be.

Horrible location. Waited in line for over 30 minutes while 2 other employees just sat there and did nothing. Maybe bank teller isn't their title, but when you have a line of 6 people and one client is taking over 20 minutes hell, it's a bit ridiculous.

This is the slowest Bank in Pinellas county you usually sit in the Drive-Thru 10 to 15 minutes every time that is unacceptable

Scheduled an appointment to open an account today and when I get there I can clearly see they're understand staffed. No one checked the schedule the night before to properly accommodate the consumer for the next day. With no apology. There were 5 people waiting and I'm unsure if they had appointments because I made an appointment 2am and there were appointments from 9 am until close. My scheduled time was 11 and Before I left to go to the appointment I checked their schedule again and those morning slots were still open all slots were except mine. Yet I and others were still waiting. Time is valuable and I wasted time soon as I walked into the door. Praying for a better afternoon! ?

What the heck is wrong with these people that they are closed every time working people are off and open when working people are at work. Seems stupid. Thanks for ruining my weekend. Fraud happened Friday night and I told the lady I would go to the bank Saturday and get a new card. I just looked up the bank hours. They are closed all weekend. The girl didn't even tell me.

I love PNC bank, I been with this bank for 7yrs and they been great. They go out of their way to help their members. And they have great customer service skills. I will recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you PNC! for being helpful threw out those years I been with you.

Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. I am only giving 3 stars because the drive up atm which is the only one they have there, seems to be constantly not working. They really need to add a second walk up atm like all the other Pnc branches have in the area.
