Excellent place, customer friendly. The only part was a puddle right by my unit I had to slosh through! Otherwise very nice and secure!

I tried to book online but there was some computer problems went to look at one location price changed within hours of me looking at it three times. Went to another location to look at another unit. I explained all this to the young lady that was helping me at that location on Seminole and she ended up helping me book the original one closer to my house at the price I first saw online she was very helpful

I rented a storage unit today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Jerry. He provided exceptional service and made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Jerry and his coworkers were incredibly helpful, explaining everything I needed to know and more. Their positive attitudes and professionalism were truly impressive. Highly recommended!

Jerry in the office was super nice and very helpful! He patiently answered all of my numerous questions. He’s very knowledgeable about each unit size and offered several suggestions.

Rats rats rats. All my belongings were ate up and had feces on them. They raised their rates on me in consecutive months also

I have had stuff stored here. I have paid 200$ a month with insurance to find out there's a HUGE RAT infestation.All of my clothes are RUINED!!!!All of my bedding, towels, pillows, furniture, and boxes of important papers...RUINED!!!!I HAVE tried to call several times. No one answers the phones, nor do they return a call about this issue.I'd go check your stuff if it is stored here. More than 50% of my belongings are trashed!Will provide pictures for proof!Negative star review
