WHEN I RENT A STORAGE,10FT X 10FT, PRICE WAS 188$ PLUS TAX, AFTER 4 MONTHS OF USING STORAGE PRICE WENT UP TO $251 !!!! HELLLOOO
AS SOON AS I COME BACK, WILL PACK ALL THE THINGS AND CANCEL ACCOUNT WITH THEM, THERE IS DOZEN STORAGE UNITS IN LARGO, AND FOR LESS PRICE, AND PEOPLE ALSO POLITE AND NICE AND FAIR!!!!
SOMEBODY WILL EITHER REACT TO THIS POST, OR NOT, NOT CARE AT ALL, POLITICS WENT INTO EVERY MATTER OF BUISNESS. SHAME

Awesome customer service! I accidentally rented a regular unit, instead of a climate controled unit online. The property manager Dan was extremely helpful in getting everything sorted out, and getting me into the right unit comfortably.

AMANDA is the worst person that I had to deal with. In the middle of the contract, they raised the storage fee and tell me it was due to market rate. I was behind on payments due to lack of work to Health problems. The amount was $443 and change. She put a lien on the storage for auction. I called her 2 days before to see if she would work with me. I would have had the money a week later. She told me no and that if I did not come up with the money by 9:30 am on 10/22/23 it would be sold which I made my peace with the lost. 1day later, I get an email from public storage see attachment. You sold at least $1,500 worth of Items for nothing and expect me to pay more than I owed, because you were not willing to work with me. Now I am told that is is going to collection!!! AMANDA, YOU ARE EVIL. I WISH YOU THE BEST OF LUCK. WHO DID YOU BID MY THINGS TO? DID YOU BID THEM TO YOUR FRIENDS AND EXPECT ME TO COME UP WITH THE REST? THIS COLLECTION CAN BE YOUR TAX WRITE OFF.This was bad business practice on Amanda and the Public storage in Largo part. NOT A DIME IS COMING OUT OF MY POCKET TO YOUR LARGO LOCATION. YOU PRACTICALLY GAVE AWAY MY ITEMS FOR $30 AND EXPECT ME TO PAY $543 TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE!!! UNBELIEVABLE! GOD BLESS YOU! THIS COLLECTION IS NEVER GOING TO SEE MY HARD EARN MONEY IN THIS INFLATED ECONOMY!
