During my recent visit, I observed that the employee performing my pedicure reused dirty tools and materials that had not been properly sanitized between clients. This is a serious health and hygiene violation. I am extremely concerned about the risk of infection and the lack of proper sanitation practices.
Due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions, I will be reporting this incident to the appropriate state health department and OSHA for further investigation.
I hope management takes immediate action to correct these practices and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Never coming here again.

My first visit and I’m so impressed. After over 25 years at a different salon it was time for a change so I made this appointment with lots of anxiety. I thought I may have to try multiple salons before I found one I could be comfortable with. The attention to detail and quality results will keep me coming back to Queen Nails. No need to keep looking!

I just left a few hours ago and I LOVE my nails. They helped me remove some nails I got done somewhere else that were so bad, haha. And they were so helpful and caring doing my nails. I will definitely be back. And I knew I had to leave a review when I left. :) I got regular gel and it was a great service!

Do not go to this place to get ur nails done. And if you do don’t get your nails done with the older aisan lady i asked for white and black coffin shaped nails she caked the nail polish on very thick and i did not like them at all.

Love this place! It’s small but very welcoming! With these ladies you can be sure you are in good hands! I just got my perfect pedicure done and I watch them welcoming a mom with 3yo boy in her hands. They put her boy in a massage chair next to her and got him entertained with massage chair and tv. So cute and thoughtful. Very kind and caring. Love this place.

At queen nails I have found a place that goes back to the basics of pedicures. It has been a long time since I have been satisfied with a pedi. I can not get my nails done due to my line of work, so pedicures are all I have. I appreciate Kim’s attention to detail and ability to shape my nails how I like them. She is able to work with my requests and do so in a timely manner. Highly recommend!
