I went in with my 2014 avalanche and had work performed on my exhaust system it was the best experience I've had at a service shop in a long time excellent customer service excellent pricing highly recommended

I recently brought my car into Rainbow Muffler for some exhaust repairs and modifications, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Matthew and Marley run a top-notch shop, and Johnny did an amazing job with the mods on my car. They were professional, knowledgeable, and the customer service was fantastic from start to finish. My car sounds incredible now, and the performance has definitely improved. If you need any exhaust work done, I highly recommend Rainbow Muffler. These guys know their stuff!

Came here on recommendation from my friends at Karl & Son’s after a series of bad experiences and - Hallelujah! I can’t imagine a more knowledgeable, trustworthy, and friendly service professional. The cost was more than fair, the communication wonderful, and the job done efficiently with the added bonus of a cute little tailpipe. Matthew takes time to know his customers ?❣️

I waited an hour and a half. No one ever showed up. Myself and 3 more people were waiting outside, waiting for someone to show up... nothing. Google may say that they open at 8am, I really doubt it

So far myself and two other customers have been waiting at this shop for two hours. Supposed to open at 8, Matt said he’d be here at 9-9:30. It’s now 10am. He’s about to lose three customers.
The shop next door says this is a common occurrence and that they’ve been waiting a week for some welding work on their Audi.

Marlana and a worker stepped up to help solve my issue...I needed a flange expanded to fix my Mom's driveway light..completely out of their realm of day to day automotive repairs. The 5 minutes of help, fixed the job!! Thanks guys, I owe you one!

I was referred to this team by Walker Ford. My 2013 F150 exhaust system was rusted and causing exhaust fumes to enter into the cab and eventually stalling out. I took it in for an estimate thinking I was going to pull at least sacrifice $1500 to replace the system. Matt gave me the approving price and time to repair. Jon and Garrett installed a new system in about and hour and the cost was under $550. It's not loud anymore and, no more fumes. Mat was a professional and a gentlemen. I would definitely come back and recommend to anyone I know. Thanks, guys!

I have nothing bad to say about this place at all. They were super busy and fit me right in. They were very professional and even worked with me on a price. I would send anyone here. And I normally don't like shops because I like to do most of my own work.

I took my Civic in to have the studs knocked out of my front pipe for longer ones to be installed so that I could fit my aftermarket exhaust. The studs ended up being rusted in. I still payed the agreed upon price and drove my car off the next day. Grade A work here.
