My wife and I helped our son buy a car from this small dealership this week, and it was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! Dylan the sales lead, and Kyle, the General Manager, were both super friendly and professional. There was ABSOLUTELY no uncomfortable, high pressure sales tactics and we felt like we got a very good deal. They have a great selection; offer a warranty, and the process was smooth and straightforward.
We will DEFINITELY buy from them again AND WILL ALSO RECOMMEND OUR FRIENDS DO SO AS WELL!

Great place. The people working there treat you with respect. They make buying a car a joy. I’ve had my car 2 months and both Kyle and Adolpo have followed up with me to see if everything was ok. That’s what I call great customer service. I’ve bought several cars in my lifetime 76 yrs. and this was my easiest transaction.

Met with Dylan today and purchased my daughter her first beginner vehicle. Dylan really made the process easy, was patient and let me take my time with testing the vehicle accordingly. Redemption offers their own warranty as well as extended warranty at an affordable price. I highly recommend them and will be back!

Dylan at Redemption Auto Sales was a great salesman. He didn't pressure us, the prices are straightforward, and they have the cars checked out before they sell them, by a mechanic. I appreciate the service we were given, before, during and after our purchase. If I need to look for a car again, I will go back to have Dylan and have Redemption Auto sales help me, we even drove from Orlando for a good deal.

Wow! What an experience. These guys are incredible, professional, and they work with everyone no matter what your circumstances are. I’ve been to a few places looking for a car and most of the car dealerships are disgustingly aggressive. All they care about is their bottom line, not the car you want or work with you. I’m from New York, so I can say “no” proudly and walk away from a bad deal. Redemption and Dylan specifically not only worked with me to get the car I want, but they were not “car salesmen”. I wasn’t hounded. I wasn’t harassed. It wasn’t aggressive. It was such a natural conversation about my needs, my budget, my goal, and what fits ME. Dylan is a great asset to this team! I went there after work to look at vehicles. I did not think I would be returning home that evening with a new vehicle but my salesman said think positive it's going to happen. It did and now I am the owner of a 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport ultimate. Every step of the process was easy and there was also a little bit of creative financing in the end it all worked out. I recommend Redemption Auto to anybody looking for a quality used car and does not want the Hard Sell from some of the other used car dealerships in the area. I recommend these guys 100%
