We've been doing business with this branch for almost a decade. Excellent professional customer service, they greet you with a smile at the drive-thru, which in turn makes customers feel that our business matters. So considerate of them, and that's a definite plus! A big "thank you" 😊

Please stay away from this Branch .... The short brunette old lady in drive-thru will humiliate you in front of the lobby guests. The blonde in the Drive-Thru is very arrogant if you're not ready right when you pull up. Total embarrassment and don't bother turning it into the branch manager Carl he will not handle the situation. Big props to Miss Kelly for trying to address the issue. Made a deposit Friday afternoon and now it's Monday and still no sign of my deposit but I have my deposit receipt. If you need a regions branch the one on Starkey is phenomenal every teller there is professional. Ulmerton Road don't bother !!!!!!!!! If you have no other option than the ulmerton Branch please look for the ONE lady in drive-thru that is extremely nice very professional beautiful African-American lady I apologize I don't remember her name she has always been passionate......
AFTER FURTHER RESEARCH... Carlos has just informed me that the deposit was placed on another account not even my account they're still trying to find my deposit it is now 11:00 a.m. on Monday afternoon deposit made Friday BEWARE !!!! This is bad business

This Regions bank on Ulmerton Rd. in Largo is definitely the most welcoming, knowledgeable and efficient bank I have ever been to..Thank you Kyle Blakeman for inspiring your employees and creating such a positive environment.There are two other Regions Banks closer to my house but I'd rather drive a few extra miles to this Largo/Ulmerton location.

No consistency. Cashed a check from a client last week no problem or fee since they have an account here. Now today I go and they charged me $5 for a $100 check that came from THEIR bank. So many companies that are greedy these days.

After 20 years banking with Regions, this branch has me switching banks. It’s poorly run by a manager with a lack of professionalism or any customer service skills, and the staff is untrained. Opening our business account, the banker messed up paperwork on their end three times resulting in loss of time and money for us, and now, in the personal side of banking, after given a second chance, the manager can’t figure out how to help with a debit card issue.I’ve now asked to close my accounts- and the bank refuses to talk with me or service my accounts.
