My husband cpap mask was not fitting properly. The instructions from Rotech were to come in and pick up another mask. My husband gets off from work comes in and was told he was supposed to bring the other mask with him. He was told he will have to come back .
A first time cpap machine user would not know that unless proper instructions were given. When someone is traveling from St. Petersburg to Clearwater during this time of the day is not good. Poor customer service and lack of support. Bad business 👎

I was trying to be fair with the Star rating, as I have only a technical issue I hope. After using the C-Pap machine, it was necessary to return it today 2-07-2025, spoke with Jesica after being told Francisco was to assist. But I went through initialing this and that, as I could not see what I was initialing for the return, and after stating that they need to provide a written receipt for the return of the machine, they said they could only email it to, which seemed extremely prejudicial as anyone would object to not being given something to prove that this infact was done, since it is now 9:25 in the evening, I was there at 2pm, and they still haven't sent me my receipt. There service is questionable to me as from the first day I noticed that no one there really seems to want to talk to you, they like to transfer you all around. Regardless, I expect to call a company and when their prompts say the wait is long to speak to someone, select to leave us your number and will hold your place in line and have an agent call you back when one is available. They do this all day long, but they call you back after you hold for 10 minutes, leave your number and the person from Rotech returning the call just selects to leave a message instead of letting the call on your end go to the ring, so you just get another message to call them again. I'm sorry, but I do not care how bad I may need a device to assist with breathing while I sleep, if you can never get through to the servicing company while they play their phone games, what good is having the service? If it wasn't for the Nice young lady who set me up initially, this company would get a flat out ZERO.

I can’t even explain what wonderful assistance and kindness from Rotech in Largo, specifically, a woman named Toni went above and beyond to help me. I came in person with a difficult problem with wrong prescriptions written by my physician and some insurance run around. Toni took the time to listen, realized I was distraught from running into multiple roadblocks just trying to get my medical equipment I need for my health. Thank you for your kindness, empathy and assistance to finally get this situation resolved and with a smile. I recommend Rotech as they really care about their patients and take the time to help. I’d also like to thank Rich for letting me know the RX was wrong in the first place and to Mike for trying to help me fix the machine that is having trouble. But Toni, without your help, I’d still be without the treatment prescribed. Happy holidays!

I want to shout out to the 2 gentleman that helped me yesterday. I didn't get their names. I broke my cpap and was told by after hours Rich to bring it in Monday. I was leary because I have had issues with this office before. I was in and out in 15 minutes with a freshly fixed cpap and an explanation as to what I did wrong. They were polite, pleasant and very helpful in getting my cpap going again. Thanks for everything.

It's not very inviting set up when you come in with one-way glass and a secretive bell to ring to wait an undetermined amount of time. After being told to come in after 9am for what I thought was a minor adjustment because Mike and Mike convinced me on Friday I just needed to change my cpap tube, headset and filter, I come in Monday and get passed around until I ring the bell again to find out what's going on. It's now 925. This is when I am asked for my information to pass on to th manager. I'm like, what? I THOUGHT THIS WAS A QUICK ADJUSTMENT! After being told I would need to pay $75.00 and take a seat. OR I can leave it with them and come before 4 pm to pick it up? I wanted to do this all Friday but now I need to go to work. So I took my equipment and left. What a circle of nothing!

Rotech IS THE BEST THING EVER THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE A GREAT TEAM READY TO GO TO MEET YOUR NEEDS I AM AMAZED OF WHAT MY TEAM AND CPAP MACHINE CAN DO AND MORE AS I FOUND OUT NOT TO EVER MESS OR TOUCH WITH THE PRESSURE SETTINGS EVER!!!! A LESSON I WILL NEVER FORGET LOL BUT THEY WERE GREAT AND RESETTING THEM AND LETTING ME SLIDE THIS TIME LOL. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND EFFORTS YOU PUT IN FOR THE USA SLEEPING

Francisco was such a great help with setting up my grandmothers oxygen. He was very polite and was very knowledgeable about the equipment which was a very big help. They need more technichans like him thank you for your excellent customer service Francisco 😊

Eileen is amazing! My 82 year old mother in law was in need of a walker. There was a issue with her order and Eileen on a Friday at 3:30 saved the day. She was able to resolve the issue and provide a walker.

The worst ever. If you get another company my advice is to get it. This is a incompetent company never check on equipment or have any thing you need need a new manager. I would give them a zero. I wish I wasn't a customer because service would be a whole lot better and I'm going to post this anywhere I can. This company has cost me a lot of pain and medical problems.😔

Horrible! They are incompetent and negligent and have total disregard for the needs of the patient/customer. They also sent fraudulent bills to me and my insurance company. Avoid Rotech at all cost!
