They for sure excel at some aspects of service. There just seemed to be inconsistencies in what was said and how the process actually went. For example, we were told the glass replacement had to be done in their shop (vs them coming to the car) because it needed to be calibrated but when the service was complete they informed us they couldn’t calibrate and we would need to go to the dealership.
We also needed a new tire after the service at Safelite, due to nail puncture, adding another expense.
The people were great, the systems seem fairly good, the execution could be elevated.

My experience could not have been any better. I received constant updates as the process moved along. My tech was very knowledgeable, respectful and pleasant. While I hope to not repeat this necessity again any time soon, I won't hesitate to reach out to this company.
