  on my lunch break from work go pick up an online order i placed AND WAS READY, and they have a hand written sign that says “closed until 4:30”. unprofessional and ridiculous, you have set store hours for a damn reason. if you can’t follow the rules find a new job people, and if you can’t afford to have enough people at the store to run it during business hours maybe you should be the next location to file for bankruptcy. this is ridiculous and people shouldn’t have to sit and wait in their cars for over 30 minutes because some lazy worker felt the need to take it upon themselves to shut a store down for X amount time for what? to play on your phone? would give 0 stars if i could.

  Just visited this location to get some hair products for a DIY hair project, Rae was a big help! they were very knowledgeable in the products sold in the store, thank you very much, will shop here again

  Got here at 1pm, store was still not open with the door locked. A customer outside waiting on the bench explained a lady with green hair was in the back counting drawers or something. She said she was just gonna wait for them to open since the next location was too far away.
  How is this person still working here and how is this location still open if they can't bother to open up on time?

  Just showed up here at 10:06 the door was open but everything was alil dark. Thought maybe because they just opened 6 mins ago. That she was just in the back. The lady who worked here showed up 5 mins later. said it was not supposed to be open. Kicked me out and locked the door now I’ve been waiting 20 mins outside while she does a bunch of stuff inside. The short lady with green hair has just been waking back and forth on the phone while she obviously has customers. Nun of this would have been a problem if she just showed up on time. Then had the audacity after making us wait 30 mins. Walking to the door and throwing up a be back in 10 min sign. And just completely ignored up knocking.

  Last minute shopping for cheerleading competition. They didn't have exactly what I was asking for, but they had work arounds and ideas for everything I needed. Some ideas were better than my original request.Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products

  The Manager Tina Smith is absolutely horrible! Nearly everytime I go to this location over the last few years I've heard her being nasty to either staff or customers!Looking at some of the other reviews, her behavior seems to be an ongoing issue!Very disappointed in Sally's for keeping someone in a management role that thinks it's ok and funny to blatantly disrespect and belittle staff and customers.Shameful, disgusting, and disheartening to know Sally's cares more about possible profit than client experience and a good management/environment for staff

  Too busy on the phone discussing bad interview candidates to assist clients. When I did try to get her attention she turned her back and walked away until I was leaving then acted surprised. But still just stood there with her mouth open. No I'll be just a second or sorry or please hold. Worst service and if she's discussing the hiring process.. then worst service by a manager.. GO ELSEWHERE. ULTA probably has it.

  ALWAYS something at this atore!!! They NEVER honor their posted sales!!!! The cashier literally sees the sign showing the discount and acts like she has no clue how to discount it. Ridiculous!!!!
