Last minute shopping for cheerleading competition. They didn't have exactly what I was asking for, but they had work arounds and ideas for everything I needed. Some ideas were better than my original request.Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products

The Manager Tina Smith is absolutely horrible! Nearly everytime I go to this location over the last few years I've heard her being nasty to either staff or customers!Looking at some of the other reviews, her behavior seems to be an ongoing issue!Very disappointed in Sally's for keeping someone in a management role that thinks it's ok and funny to blatantly disrespect and belittle staff and customers.Shameful, disgusting, and disheartening to know Sally's cares more about possible profit than client experience and a good management/environment for staff

Too busy on the phone discussing bad interview candidates to assist clients. When I did try to get her attention she turned her back and walked away until I was leaving then acted surprised. But still just stood there with her mouth open. No I'll be just a second or sorry or please hold. Worst service and if she's discussing the hiring process.. then worst service by a manager.. GO ELSEWHERE. ULTA probably has it.

I believe it was Tina but I’m a guy so I know zero about hair products my girlfriend had asked me to pick some hair dye up and right away I was greeted and asked if I needed help she got me everything I needed and was super helpful thank you so much!

I have to say I been to Manydifferent Sally's for years .But this by far is my favorite one.What makes this one so great is the employees. The manager Tina and Jamie the assistant are by far the best. They are real cosmetologist with years of experience who give the best advice.I literally feel like I am talking with freinds when tbey help me.I always feel confident when I leave the store.The store is also well stocked and very clean.I love going to this Sally's .My #1 beauty supply store.

I travel alot across country and been to every Sally's you can think of.But this location to me is far theBest.What makes it the best is the store Manager Tina.She has the absolute best personality, she is a real professional and 100 % knowledgeable. She really and truly cared about helping me and my hair needs.She helped me with her professional knowledge and got my hair exactly were I wanted it. But with such a happy attitude .I actually felt like we were best freinds.Thats how a Sally's should be like. Thanks to Tina I am so happy with my results.The store itself was very clean and well stocked.If you want real help go to that location and ask for Tina.I rarely write reviews Only if I am that impressed.best

Unprofessional & negligentI was in this store location yesterday. I attempted to cash out when I had product physically taken out of my hand and pulled back from the counter as the store manager Tina advised that “ She does not need to have to sell anything to me and then advised me to shop elsewhere” after she refused to sell product to me she then told me I had to leave the store and shop elsewhere.Prior to the escalation of her poor actions I showed Tina my license, she then expressed to me the license I showed her was expired and that she was a licensed cosmetologist so if I was “really a licensed cosmetologist that I would have on me a updated license”.I proceeded to look via email to show her my updated license once again and this was when Tina became Irate and screamed at me telling me she did not have to sell to me and that I can go elsewhere.Tina is extremely unprofessional and a poor representative of Sally’s overall, it’s disappointing to know this is who you have as your largo store manager.

I went to this sallys because I needed help w a color.I was greeted with a smile and the best laugh ever by the manager, her name is Tina.Man she really helped.I wanted a DIY Bayliage look. Unfortunately I had no idea where to start. She not only gave me everything I needed but wrote it down step by step on what to do. She spent about 20 min with me in between others customers and normally I'd be annoyed with someone going between other ppl and me but she was so fun and funny I wanted to hang out there. Lol.She was ahh-mazing.My hair looks like a salon did it. I'm so happy with this look.Thank you! ?

Lala is the smartest sally’s worker i’ve ever met. So accommodating, i went to a different sally’s and came to her with a HUGE dilemma and she completely turned it all around. I am so thankful for her! She deserves a raise!! Thank you Lala ❤️

Paying customer, had a quick emergency #1 bathroom break desperately needed, was totally denied by the cashier. I asked where does she use the restroom, she said in the back but it's not for customer use. I suggest you change this rule for paying customers asap or next time the puddle will go directly into the store floor. Please respond and let me.know how you plan to rectify or get the puddle next time. Trust, this will be tested live in store fairly soon. Bathroom denial for paying customers, Rediculous.
