Horrible experience! Bought a Groupon for full highlights and haircut. Owner does Not answer her phone. You are to leave a message and/text and leave a message on voicemail. I made 7 phone calls on her voicemail and 6 texts. Not one call back. Groupon tried to get a callback and Groupon said the merchant won't call back or respond to their many calls. She has done this to many people. Please don't waste your money on this shady salon. Wish I would have read the reviews before buying this Groupon. Hope she never gets any money on this bogus merchant.

Jaqueline did my cut and color. The cut is a perfect chin-length bob. Before doing my single-process color. i asked her to cover up the faded red on one side of my head. I emphasized this request. Now my whole head of hair has the dreaded red that I don't like. The red on the one side of my head that I had previously is worse. i wanted dark brown hair (not black) PS, The other stylist in the salon never stopped talking to Jackie. Very unprofessional. Therefore, it wasn't a relaxing experience. I will not be going back.

The owner Jackie will butcher your long hair. She even admits that she messed up my hair. She said she was preoccupied with her drunk sister in law who was running around the salon. And then they were all drinking alcohol from someone who brought in samples. I came back the next morning for her to fix and she didn’t know how to fix her chop job. I told her to just stop cutting and I had to immediately go somewhere else to get fixed.Reply to Jackie’s comment:No one demeaned you. You have destroyed my hair. The stylist I had to go to could not believe what you did to my hair. We both don’t understand how you could be in business. I just hope that Karma takes care of you. I went in with long hair and came out looking like a toddler had just cut my hair.Service: Haircut

Jackie the owner is a literal MIRACLE worker. i came in with super damaged and frizzy hair from frying it with bleach. and she helped me renew it. now my hair is no frizzy and i can run my finger through it with no problem. i have been going to her for years and she has always done an amazing job. thank you jackie!Services: Haircut

Love, love, LOVE Salon 314! I made a mistake and went to another salon and will never do that again! Such a great place and Jacqueline (owner) always makes my hair look and feel amazing!

I got a balayage and a trim after screwing up my last balayage by trying to do it myself and then just going over everything with brown to "fix" it (LOL)I love my results! Jacqueline was fabulous. Will be going back!
