Smells like a nursing home, a full pamper. This cashier we think it’s coming from is very nice, but The strong smell of urine is off putting while shopping for food. There no way management doesn’t notice this.. a hard conversation needs to be had. I can’t shop at this store and it’s close to me. It’s too bad. but we’ve narrowed it down and it’s every time this employee is present

Great store. Good produce! Good meats at GOOD prices. Their store brand is the best buy. Unfortunately, they are carrying more and more name brands which are not as budget minded. That blows the Save a Lot business model. However even the name brands are priced better than pblix.
Save-a-lot really should open a store at 22nd St S and 18th Ave S.
The building is perfectly suited to their size. And the only competition is Dollar general or family Dollar and small mini quick stores. The neighborhood has NO FRESH vegetables for 20 to 40 blocks, N,S, E or W!
Save-a-lots prices and selection would be Very popular to a developing and somewhat gentrifying neighborhood. Also, discerning patrons would choose S-A-L over other overpriced chains or inadequate Dollar chain junk stores
The local demografic is becoming more and more financially stable as RE values limb steadily. Save A Lot could reap long term success where Publix and Walmart are completely missing.

Nothing bad to say about it it has certain things that are cheaper but I really prefer aldi the over save-a-lot. Kind of an outdated store and every time I go there there's not many people there. It's just not somewhere I would do my regular shopping

I'm not sure why they post their hours as they do. I'm sitting in the parking lot at 8:10 with the doors still locked, and after trying to come last night at 9:45. 15 minutes before supposedly closing with doors locked, and them out in the parking lot smoking. Not sure how they get paid but when I get paid from 8:00 until whenever I typically clock in at 8:00 and when I close at 10:00 I would typically lock the doors at 10:00 not 8:45. That's just how I thought businesses were supposed to run when they posted their hours
