I have used Scratch and Dent 3 times now and every repair they have done was excellent! The latest was a repair of a botched job that I had some 'gypsy' guy solicit me with promises that he could fix the damage but made it far worse! Scratch and Dent (Quinn) did an unbelievable repair and the car looks GREAT!
I highly recommend them for any of your needs, they are professional, friendly and have done wonderful work on my vehicles!

If I could give them a 0 I would, they gave me a written quote on3/1 25 and I dropped the car off at 8:00 am 3/24/ 25 they said the car would be done on Friday.I then got a call about 9:30 and they said said they can't do it for the quote the guy gave me, it would be about twice the amount of the quote to do the job so what it boils down to they don't stand by there written quotes, I have never had anyone not stand by their quotes I will never go back to this place again [Beware].

Haven’t gotten my repairs done yet, but just the customer service alone is a 100/10. Can’t wait to see the final result! Will update review once my repairs are done with photos.
Finally got the work done, haven’t had a chance to take photos due to how busy I’ve been at work, however they managed to finish the work on my car super quick, and I can’t even tell I got into a car accident. It’s almost as if no one hit my car.

Stopped by to get an estimate and it was by far the best one I got, dropped off my 2015 Rally Sport Camaro on Wednesday by Thursday it was ready to go, it had some bumper damage and the work they did was beyond what I expected, highly recommend this place really appreciate you guys till next time

This was hands-down, the best experience I have ever had when dealing with an auto body shop. I was involved in a hit-and-run a year ago, and all of the quotes that I was receiving or astronomical in regards to the repair that was needed. A friend recommended. Scratch N dent, I immediately called, Brian and Quinn, and the rest of the staff. There were incredible! They immediately answered all my questions, immediately got down to business. Within two hours Brian was able to secure a part that I needed, he put together a game plan in a time frame not to mention the price tag it was so much less than I was expecting and getting quoted previously. Their friendliness and professionalism is top-notch. I will recommend everyone, as they took such great care of me, I hope I don’t have any other auto body issues, but if I do, I know exactly who I’m going to call! 10 out of 10, highly recommend if I could write you more than five stars, they absolutely would. Thank you guys so much!
