I was checking out local storage facilities for a friend of mine. He was moving here from North Carolina and needed someplace close to my house for storage. As always, I ended up with this U-Haul. Maryann is always friendly, and her staff is helpful. Her rates are always competitive or less than others. The grounds are always well kept and staff is around. If you need help with something. Next time I need to storage facility, I won't bother shopping around. I'll go straight to Maryann.

Super friendly and clean. Storage customer for 3+ years. I highly recommend this facility to anyone needing storage or truck rental. Many thanks to the helpful staff that had made my terrible moving experience bearable.

There's a Reason this U-Haul Storage has 5 Stars! Mary Ann and her Staff are great! This is the Best U-Haul facility I've Ever dealt with! I've had many contracts with U-Haul storage or trucks. The place is Very clean, and safe. Mary Ann goes way Beyond anything expected from a business manager or owner!

As far as moving goes, we all know it sucks. Especially to do it by yourself vs. hiring a team. These people made it so much better. We arrived around 10:10 (a few minutes behind, because of course we're late on moving day). We were greeted by a very spunky and upbeat face, Mary! She was helpful and very nice. Mary explained everything clearly for us. She brought us out to our truck to take a look at it before we got started. It was pretty new (1,000 miles) but it was SO clean. When you're putting your personal belongings in a truck, that's what you want and expect. Angel was also there. He was quiet but helpful in answering some questions. Mary even helped us get a few extra miles for our truck because we weren't sure if one trip to our apartment would be enough. Did you know that you get a free month of storage when you use a uhaul? We had no idea! And who doesn't like FREE?! Thank you to their team for making this day as non-stressful as it could be! Cheers!

Emily's a doll and was very helpful and reassuring . Who wants to leave their hard earned belongings halfway across the country?? Not this gal, but Emily listened and anticipated my needs. I was going to go with public storage but after a couple minutes on the phone with her I decided to pay a little extra for peace of mind.
