was a tenant for a year long lease here, and unfortunately all i can say is bugs bugs bugs bugs bugs. even though you pay for pest control, and they are scheduled to come on a weekly basis, i saw the pest control worker 3 times throughout my entire time living here, and twice was because i specifically put in a maintenance request regarding infestation issues. the on site maintenance team here is knowledgable and helpful, and typically responded in a timely manner. thats about the best thing i could say about this complex, though. the buildings are all very old, very out dated, need many repairs, and all have termites and roaches that just move from room to room. it was the only place i could afford moving out for the first time, but i am glad to be gone. just overall very old, dirty vibes in all of the buildings and recreational centers.

I’ve been living here for about 8 years now. My experience here has been great. Apartments are clean, quiet, maintenance comes fast if there are any issues, and office staff is professional and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

My wife and I have lived here for some years the office team is always helpful. We had our granddaughter move in and Malek helped her be comfortable and helped us transfer to a new larger space. Very happy with their assistance.

Be sure and keep all paperwork and cancelled checks. When you are leaving print out everything in rent cafe - they lock you out of their accounting information. I paid early termination fee and thankfully kept paperwork and cancelled checks. 5 months later on my credit report was a collections for the exact amount. When I asked Somerset to fix this error and take care of the negative on my credit, they told me that I had to do it, they couldn't. They also referred me to corporate to handle it and corporate phone rang 20 times and someone answered and took a message. That person did not know how to spell Somerset nor Vonn Road. Never got a call back from corporate either.

As a previous tenant and now friend of residences in this community-I can say first hand that the management team, grounds workers, maintenance staff are all top tier. Wether it’s a work order getting handled, a community event or just popping in to say hello- I always feel welcome and at home. Also the leasing office always has little treats, beverages and laughter that sets this community apart from others I have lived and visited. Thank you somerset for setting the example of how a property should be managed and maintained! Yal are amazing.

I just moved in here 5 days ago and malek is the person who helped me every step of the way made my moving process easier he was so nice understanding about he was nothing but the best I would definitely recommend moving here and going through him. Thank you a lot

Over priced roaches and the water gets shut off every now and then this place sucks don't move here .
