Outrageous long wait just to exchange equipment. They should have an equipment exchange line only. 1 hour and 40 minutes to exchange equipment which took less than 10 minutes.

Pretty cool store based on the Apple Model
Staff is very professional and knowledgeable
It's a massive store, with very little in it.
Lots of white space and not much to look at
I guess most folks are on their.screens anyways ?
Why not shrink the store footprint and save on rent ?

Went to purchase a new phone with a larger screen, and they had nothing in stock that had a larger screen! Just the display model. This was after corporate sent me on an hour and a half wild goose chase looking for a store on US19 that had been closed for a long while! You can't even call directly to any of their stores! Stupidest business model I've ever seen!

Absolutely horrible store that goes through a lot of effort to delete bad reviews. Customer service is abysmal and dismissive. Tried to drop off equipment to return and they rufsed to accept it and made us go to ups instead of putting in the effort or just taking the equipment and doing there jobs.

Consistently the worst service I have ever experienced. Every time I move they either charge me an extra unnecessary cancelation fee or charge me for another month of service months after I cancel and refuse to refund it or help in any way. I hate being forced to use whatever internet provider is required in my area

Hands down the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new cell phone (and internet service). Michael truly went above and beyond to help me today. So much so that I cannot even begin to express my gratitude! I couldn't help but notice that he had won an award for being the number one service technician at this location, and rightfully so; he was kind, patient, honest, friendly, and determined to help me. This man deserves a raise, a bonus and a paid vacation!!! I'm here to tell you that Michael is the greatest asset to your location! Before today, I was a lifelong Metro PCS customer, but after the outstanding service that I received from your associate tonight, I can guarantee you that I'm with Spectrum for the long haul! I recommend this location to anyone in need! Thank you again, Michael!

I dont even want to them the one star . Maybe a minus 5 if that were an option. Two days and 5 hrs of my time plus gas and ubers i now have my new phone hooked up and working. I made appt for 620 fri got there at 6 was told right off jump that they dont transfer phones this late my goodness 6 isnt late , most people dont get off til 5 and ways it was nothing but trouble a nee girl working ( she did what she could by the way which is more then the manager did) im not happy and would suggest if you need to go to spectrum dont go to this location i would live to have a convo with cooperate or district manager just saying

The customer service is really awful. I went there today , after giving up on getting help from their phone help line. I spent almost an hour on the phone with a representative who was no help at all. Also, 2 old men got into a yelling match over how long it was taking to be waited on. This company has a lot of work to do to give customers an enjoyable experience. Sad. I only wish I could give a rating of no stars, so 1 star is it.
