Micheal at the East Bay Spectrum was awesome! Super patient and helpful with setting up our service for the first time. The location is super busy (long wait) but his attitude made the experience better.

Rude staff poor customer service. The only reason I use spectrum is because there’s no other service options available where I live so unfortunately, I have to put up with their rude incompetence

Our visit went very smooth. We scheduled our visit online and was greeted in a timely manner. Jacob was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Jacob and this Spectrum location.

I am giving this business 5 stars for the fact that we received excellent service from Ethan on 2 different occasions. The store is also in a good location and is very clean. I was helping an elderly neighbor get a new phone and we went in, we did not have an appointment and after waiting a bit we were called and after we told Ethan what she needed, he informed us that something was not working correctly and would delay the process and suggested that we make an appointment for the next day (as phone she wanted would be available at that time). He made us an appointment and we went in the next day. The store was beyond busy, and a lot of people were complaining & just plain "rude" (if not bordering on verbal abuse) to the employees at the store (all completely uncalled for). Ethan and all other employees kept their composure and were very polite to all customers. Our appointment was at the time we arranged, and we were able to get right in. People, PLEASE make an appointment ahead of time, it will save a lot of your time and you can be assured that the items/equipment you need will be there!Ethan was extremely patient and took his time listening to my elderly neighbors' requests/questions, etc. He was beyond knowledgeable and very helpful to her. We did not know that you could transfer all data from an Android to an iPhone and were pleasantly surprised when he told us and then did it very quickly!He even wrote down instructions for her as she can be a bit forgetful at times without me having to ask. He smiled the whole time, never lost his cool and as I said before was extremely patient and kind. He also wrote down exactly what type of charger and case she would need as money is an issue and we were able to find one she liked for much less than what was charged at the store. Thank you for understanding that people aren't all tech savvy and need things explained (sometimes more than once). Thank you for not rushing her and taking your time to answer her questions. Thank you for saving her money by suggesting other options other than what was available at the store. And MOST of all thank you for being kind and being so patient!!! Also a big thanks to all the employees in the store who had to put up with certain people being very nasty to them, and keeping their cool the whole time. You all deserve a raise!

So sad that a beautiful, big store in a bustling, busy Tampa Bay city has only 2 employees to serve heavy traffic. Long wait times. Walked in and had to walk out since I would have to wait behind 7 people getting service just to drop off a box! Who has time for that! Time to hire some employees Spectrum! Please and thank you!

Wait was long but at least you can sign in and be called in the order you arrived without having to stand in line. Staff was helpful and courteous. Store was nice, with comfortable seating while waiting.

Major wait times! Ridiculous that I had to wait for 35 minutes to return equipment. But on a positive note, the gentleman that waited on me was extremely nice, helpful and had great customer service!

Never had a mobile phone in my name but because I used a phone on another person's account. Told me I was not able to use discounts.They state new customer accts.. I was there 2.5 hrs to get new phone line and still lost a lot of my stuff from old phone. Internet in home is terrible, been out twice and still can't get it right. Let alone wasted time. Emp. Was educated on the phones they sell.
