Very competent and trustworthy pharmacy. Ridiculously helpful with actual calls from the Pharmacist to explain medication instructions etc. Who else does that these days?

Very good Compounding place!! It’s right off west bay dr. You can almost miss it. lol But service is prompt and Dr John is the bomb! He’s always on top of the prescriptions. He’s got many years of experience and even gave me different options when one medicine gave me problems. Plus they compound in a short period of time, even sending out reminders. Highly recommend this place!

The Best Pharmacy in Largo. Always treat me Great and Very Helpful. I travel all over the Country for my Job, so my home time is very limited and I never have to wait long when I come in. If you’re tired of the Big Chain Places treating you like a Number, then you should give St Mary’s a Visit. Thanks for being Awesome!

I have been a customer with St Mary’s Pharmacy for many years. The staff and service is the best. Have used delivery service when I needed. Never a problem.
