I have been banking with BB&T before it became Truist. And this is the first time I have came in and was not greeted and never was told someone will be right with you.Mean while there are workers here talking about where they go shopping and we are still sitting her.So very disappointed.

We moved here from northern Wisconsin where we used an amazing local credit union. We opened an account with Truist for basic banking and honestly it wasn’t to bad. Wait times can be long but aside from that it was fine. Now I have a transaction to dispute. For some reason it won’t let me do it online so we’ve called twice now. You can’t talk to anyone. You’re forced to leave a message. Well they don’t call you back! Seems we will have to actually go there to talk to someone! The funniest part is that I sold my house awhile back and the second that money hit my account they were calling me to see how I liked banking with them and asked if I needed anything or had any questions. I’ve since bought a new house so the money is gone and they can’t call back lol. So basically if you have a lot of money in your account you’ll get good customer service. If you don’t then good luck! We are now looking to switch to a credit union. :(

I live out of town. I had business twice at this bank today. I received exceptional service from Carol the branch manager this morning and exceptional service again this afternoon.

Would be nice if they were ADA compliant for speech and hearing impaired. The bank main corporate office only offers voice phone line. They will answer to Twitter but that is useless for any complex issue.

Came here to update my last name on my loan and basically wasted my time because i wasn’t informed that you can’t update the last name. Lady was irritated and she was all packed up ready to go and logged out! It was 20 minutes before closing! I don’t care…you’re still open and customers are still coming in during business hours! Im sure she was irritated that the bankers didn’t inform customers the correct information. She ended up adding my new last name on top to the old last name to the loan .

I have to say that the merger with Suntrust has been a more than painful at times. I want to thank Catharine for her outstanding service, and for getting me back into my account after being locked out. Catharine is why I continue to use Truist.

If I could I would rate this bank a zero for what they are doing to me. I was disputeing there over charges that was inaccurate. I have went to the bank and talked to a manager. I showed him what was happening. He reversed one charge, but told me he wasn't able to do anything else for me. The manager even said they were having problems. I called customer support and they told me that they were going to investigate this. I also talked to a different manager and was told the samething. I still haven't heard anything back from the bank except for a letter that the bank close my account and turned it over to collections. I have tried to call the number on the letter and can't get ahold of anyone from that department. This is the worse bank I have ever banked with. Ever since they went from SunTrust to Truist it went down hill. I'm happy that I never put my Business account with them only my personal.

There seems to be only one teller working inside despite different times. Plenty of other employees walking around. I asked if another window could open but was told it was the tellers lunch time. This was at 2:00. Good management knows how to stagger lunches and not keep customers waiting for 15 or more minutes. Multiple people waked away today. Sun Trust was always friendly and prompt. Please hire more or learn to do an employee lunch schedule so customers don't feel like they're a bother.

The worst banking experience.Only 2 account managers that keep you waiting making continuous small talk with clients. Totally understand that you want to be personable but a dozen follow up questions for client’s kids school when the reason they are in had nothing to do with their kids is ridiculous. Closing my account here.

If I could give this company and the East Bay Dr location minus 5 stars I would. Truly the worst experince ever for customer service or any kind of help! My divorce was not as painful as trying to make my car payments since Truist took over BB &T!!! The experince was so bad after going to the East Bay Dr branch I changed my car loan to another company!

There is a guy here named Mo Baydoun and he has gone above and beyond for me on multiple occasions. He helped me set up my LLC and helped me when I lost my wallet. He remembered me and verified who I was since I had no ID. If you need special banking needs, go ask for Mo.

I just started frequenting, this location, a few weeks ago. I work in Largo, now, and there's NO way I would make it, back to St. Petersburg, in time b4 the bank closes. Every time I go in..... the staff is VERY welcoming, VERY kind, VERY professional.
