Got my first bill from T mobile and it was $150 more than I was quoted. The incompetent Mgr said there are prorated charges? How could there be prorated charges when we are new customers? The Mgr was absolutely arrogant and incompetent! She says we where charged prorated because we changed billing. I told her we are new customers and she said oh we didn't know?? Are you kidding me!! At the end of this we got some credits but were still ripped off around $65. Stay away from T mobile they will quote you and then rip you off when the bill comes in. After this I went to the consumer advocate site and T mobile had 88% of their reviews 1 star.... with major complaints! I wish I could cancel but they have us locked in for 24 months for phone credits. Buyer beware go to a different wireless provider.

Absolutely disgusting workers, when it comes down to the problem the store manager was impatient, sarcastic, rude tone. Did not help what so ever, supposed to be paying $195 and all of a sudden shot up to $350+. We are brand new customers to tmobile as well. Disgusted to see this type of rude behavior from a manager running the store. "Call customer service if you dont like what im saying" as she said over and over again even though we were trying to see and break down exactly why we were charged that much. We were never notified that our first bill would be that much. Instead of being rude how about you listen and admit your own employes faults.

WOW just WOW. LA CYNDA SHOUT OUT TO MY GIRL I appreciate you!!. She went above and beyond after seeing the panic on my face. I showed her my phone and lemme just say that girl, understood the assignment and I appreciate her for spending the time to help me and get me all set up! GIVE THAT GIRL A RAISE!!

Just switched over last Saturday from boost and couldn't be more happy with the amazing service I received from Lacynda, she was so sweet, patient, and knowledgeable through all of it. She made it quick and easy to get my new plan and iphone 15 plus + 2 other lines. I highly recommend going to this store just for her!

Visited this T-Mobile store to add their Internet Service for my home. Set up was fast and easy and I'm completely satisfied with the service. No more outages because of bad weather like my previous cable Internet. Customer service employees are always the best.

I would leave this store a 1 review if it wasn’t for Lacynda today. My fathers phone was stolen today. He does not speak munch English and about a month ago came to this store to buy a new iPhone 14th. Someone in there helped set up an iCloud for him but did not give him the password. On the hectics of today while we were trying to locate his phone and trying to find the log in information of the iCloud he went to the T-Mobile asking for helping seeing if the person who helped him previously was there. They were beyond rude and had disgusting behaviors. I call them to speak in a better English’s and there was no help whatsoever. thankfully he found the phone. Everything was ok and he went back to T-Mobile to activate it and make sure all was good. This time Lacynda was there and she was incredible. Beyond helpful and truly a gem. She was patient and helpful and tried to do all she could to ensure that he had a good experience this time around. Thank you Lacynda for making this reprice so much more easier on him.

I came in w a cracked defective screen and dealt w/ the store manager (forgot his name) he was so patient and showed me each new model. He worked up a quote.I came back to finalize w Marissa (my husband recommended I deal with her)she had me in a new phone in15 minutes. She even pointed out some accessories for later.. AWESOME experience and glad this is our store!!

Stopped by this store to check for a promotion to add a line for my kid. Felipe, the manager welcomed me and walked me through options. I like how he went out of his way to address my needs and not just try to sell me. He then explained additional security options to keep my kid safe. Overall I enjoyed the experience and look forward to making the Largo store my go 2

OMG these people are amazing!! So friendly and helpful. They find the problem I have immediately and don't judge that I am not technical. This is the only TMobile to go to.

I came in to see what was wrong with my phone it wasn't charging. One person was helping a couple. I waited and waited. Then another person came and suddenly a person came out of the back and he suddenly started waiting on the person that came in. I was told my phone had moisture in it it did not. They didn't have the can of spray in the store. They sent me to Staples for me to buy a can. It didn't work. Bad service.
