Tampa Bay Extended Stay Hotel is a very clean and affordable hotel. Guests describe the rooms as spotless, remodeled, and comfortable with a nice kitchenette. The hotel supplies pots, pans, and utensils for cooking. The staff is consistently noted as great, very helpful, friendly, kind, quick, and accommodating. Maintenance is always working. The property is well-kept, with even the concrete being cleaned. Amenities include on-site washers and dryers and vending machines. It is recommended for both quick and long-term stays, with many guests very pleased and having a wonderful experience. Some note that bugs can be normal for Florida.
We had a 1 queen bedroom, you could tell it was remodeled had a basic kitchen (if you had to stay a week or month) it was close to Clearwater. There was no noise after 10pm by our room. Hotel is very clean there were some issues with outside critters but I believe those palmetto bugs are normal for Florida anywhere. The staff was very helpful I saw no issues with the neighborhood or feeling unsafe
