This is the straw that breaks the camels back for me! Now they change their hours to open at 9am when 8:30 was already late enough for me but at least I was able to make it to work on time. I open at 9am myself like many other businesses. Closing my account for good now and going to mid Florida bank. At least they don’t have a minimum for checking account!

Worst branch I have ever dealt with and it will make you want to close your TD bank accounts. Not only are they understaffed and you have to wait ridiculous amounts of time to do anything, but when they get “busy” they don’t do their wire approvals. And they don’t care if this negatively affects your real estate closing.

I need to make an appointment to do changes on my account. When I call I get a recording tha says I can leave a message but all I get is the recording repeating ad nauseum leaving a very rotten perception.
....edit..... found appointment booking on line but still annoyed that the phone recording failed to mention that.

I went to bank to payoff my vehicle to find out that they don’t do vehicle payoff in branch. I will say that Branch Manager Darlene Funesti made what was a major inconvenience and possible pain in the rear to a great experience with the bank with solution that made it a painless to me. Definitely she is an awesome branch manager and an asset to the bank and banking industry overall

There is always a problem every time I reluctantly have to come in to make a cash deposit. They seem to always be understaffed so I'm taking my business to a different bank.

Always something going on. Can’t be talked to because they have one representative which is no problem but they made it appointments only without telling anyone. A huge inconvenience.

Embarrassing to even call this a bank. Half the workers just sitting in a huddle gossiping like teenage girls. Will be taking my money elsewhere. Convenient my a$$$$$

the worse bank. I deposited a check and was told it will clear the next day and that I would have have a 100 dollars available to me, only to hold on to the check for 6 days and no money available only to put my account into overdraf. I called them to try to get them to resolve this issue but they gave me the runaround. my accountant is screwed due to their own fault. I will never use them again and will change banks as soon as they release my check.

The customer service in this place is so good that i forget its a bank. When i walk in the door I’m greeted by family not employees. They make it feel like a family reunion and not just a regular ole trip to the bank. Nedra miller and Maybel Suarez should get raises and promotions.

In my experience, TD Bank is one of the nation's most reputable bank. Every branch. Including the Largo branch have given extraordinary service.
