Called Terminix for a squirrel problem (11/9) starting in the attic and had an inspector come out to investigate. They were able to confirm the squirrels after looking at a video I took of them and put 3 mouse traps down. They mentioned that a tech would come in 2-3 days to check up on the traps. I was never told the time or specific date at which the tech would come despite following up with the inspector. The tech showed up at my door at 8am on 11/12, and I got a notification at 7:30am. 30 minutes is not enough time for me to rush out of work and head home -- there needs to be an appointment set up at least a day in advance as people have busy lives. Communication afterward with Terminix was very slow, and a future date for a tech to come out wasn't communicated. Despite canceling, I'm still being charged $157 for putting mouse traps down about 25 feet from the squirrel nest -- the traps haven't done anything since they are so far from the nest. Terminix's contract mentions that all payments made under the contract are refundable if canceled within 3 days, so it is very dishonest and predatory of them to not honor that. I am now stuck with a $157 bill and will have to remove the traps set up myself. Terminix's customer support has not helped, and the company's tactics feel extremely predatory. Have decided to go with a wildlife removal service and am much happier. Buyer beware.

Terminix is a total solution provider for our condo. First they provide building coverage through our master association policy. Individual owners can contract with a separate division within Terminix for individual or residential coverage with a service agreement. Knowing that the these 2 teams collaborate ensures we have a total solution in place. Simply stated. Peace of mind. Today our service technician for our unit inspection arrived . Richard was very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. He is a very personable service technician, who has been with Terminix for over 20 years. Wonderful service.

Very happy with Terminix! My service technician, Gabriel is great! He always informs me when he arrives, gives a detailed description of services provided, and lets me know when service has been completed. It’s very easy to schedule any additional services if needed. The billing account managers are professional and easy to work with.

Do not use this company. We have a bundle and can’t pause it while our house is unlivable due to Hurricane Helene. Our only option is a $1,200 cancellation or continue to pay the $142/month. As soon as our contract is up we are going to find a new pest control service. This is predatory behavior. There has to be exceptions for people who are misplaced due to disaster.
