Kimberly, at The Floor store is absolutely AMAZING to work with. I was in there about a month ago and she helped me pick out flooring. It wasn't till just now that I needed to order it, and I am out of town. I called and she remembered me, and made it all happen over the phone. The Floor Store has a huge amount of product in stock, and can order anything, floor, wall, etc. Will definitely be recommending them to all my friends, and anyone effected by the Hurricane.

This suppose well known place sold me a floor and installation that isn't waterproof or water resistant. About 7 years ago I purchased a floor and installation. About a year later we were experiencing gaps, uneven floor plus bubbles or lifting spots through my entire apt and I went in with receipt and paperwork and because the person that sold me the floor and installation was no longer working there, they could NOT HELP ME! Now left to have to re-due my entire floors. No commonsense whatsoever. This place should be shut down!

We had old ceramic removed- new luxury vinyl put in. We looked and looked for several months and chose THE FLOOR STORE. Prices, quality, service beyond compare. They covered lights, put up plastic barriers, cleaned as much as possible. Great crew, great service. Everyone in the store made the experience pleasurable. We love it. Neighbors called our choice a beachy look. Exactly what I’d hoped for…

I went to The Floor Store yesterday and today and had the VERY BEST customer service I’ve had in years! They went above and beyond to assist me… answered all my questions with patience and educated me on a variety of flooring options after having Floor and Decor cancel my order and another flooring store in Dunedin that blatantly lied and said they said they had stock when they didn’t. I would HIGHLY recommend The Floor Store! Keep up the great work guys!

We had such a great experience picking out our floors with Ryan. He really took time to review the different types of flooring and the features and benefits to each. The floor we chose was a great quality and a tremendous value.Once we had selected our floor installation was scheduled to start only 2 days later and after a day and a half my entire house was transformed.The Floor Store is locally owned and add that personal touch and client satisfaction. We highly recommend!
