Worst experience at a convenience store gas station.I think i've ever had the personnel at the front were so rude and snooty, like they're doing me a favor no customer service skills.No, smileNo helloDidn't feel welcomed at all and the bathrooms were disgusting.So disgusting, not even a homeless person would want to go go in there.... So disappointed, do better.

Just stopped for gas. When I inserted my credit card, there was some really funky letters and numbers “starting application“ came up on the screen. Just got gas there recently and this was definitely something new. I went inside and asked the guy if they had a new computer system and he said “I dunno know.” Be careful.

Cashier shorted me $20 when buying lottery tickets. Make sure you ask for a receipt. Note to cashier. Math is not your forte. Also, Wawa just got a new customer.

Concerned Customer...
Thortons has disappointed multiple communities in Florida during our weakest times. It's required per executive order gas stations must stay open up to the day ahead of a hurricane. Multiple Thortons locations boarded up 3 days prior to Hurricane Milton arrival. MONDAY Oct 7th the 8875 Ulmerton Road Largo Florida was closed at noon and boarded up. Pumps wrapped in plastic. Gasoline was not in shortage and delivery on schedule per Governor DeSantis. ABC news commented during broadcast that reports of Thortons being closed days ahead of storm.
Florida law requires gas stations that are located along evacuation routes to have backup power to pump fuel before and after a storm. This law applies to all gas stations, including self-service, full-service, and combination stations.
Please note that Thortons has been reported for the failer to assist the public and participate in their safety. Shame!!! on Thortons.

Really sick of this stores rude employees. The woman working today couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone and look and see if there was more ice cream cones. I come here every single day and I know they keep spare boxes underneath. Do y’all just look for the rudest people possible and hire them? The girl with colored hair and the African American lady that work at night at also two of the rudest people.

Good and clean bathrooms. Just similar to most Thorntons gas stations .The counter clerk I got went out of his way to put a smile on his face early in the morning, even though the people in front of me were super rude to him. It wasn't his fault he had no help and the line was long.

This is one of my favorite gas stations. They are basically Wawa just without the restaurant part. The store is always very clean, as are the bathrooms. Also their prices on gas and smokes are on par with Wawa and speedway. What sets Thorntons apart is their ease of use with their rewards program .
