The store is fine but that lady who confronted me about me pumping that CeraVe , she was kinda rude. She said I'm not allowed to try them.
Well in my defense I told her it's already open, someone opened it . so I thought it's a testing. She said it doesn't matter. You are not allowed to try them. I was kinda embarrassed to my friend. If that so. Someone already opened it and I mistakenly thought it was for testing. I did apologize but I shouldn't have to. In fact she didn't even listen when i said someone opened it already. She should apologize on her tone of voice. I'm glad I was in a good mood that time.
Then please people at TJmaxx largo ,remove it from the shelf. So costumer won't accidentally use it as a testing.

I usually shop at this store 1-2 times a month, as they have a good selection of goods and the check out staff is always kind and helpful. I went in yesterday to buy an opal ring for my god daughter and was treated very badly by the lady at the jewelry counter, who refused to let me touch any of the rings ‘for security reasons’ , when I called her out on her behavior she became rude and defensive and accused me of ‘offending’ her. I’ve never experienced this in my 10 plus years of shopping at TJMaxx. This was shocking and being treated like this was very humiliating, I didn’t buy the beautiful ring I saw just because I was so upset, Ashley the manager was attentive to my concerns and I hope they’ll correct this situation so I can shop for jewelry without being treated like a delinquent the next time I come to the store. Also the bathrooms were very dirty ;(

I used to live near this one and it wasn't bad then, buy now it's extremely ghetto. The bathroom reminds of of a sketchy bathroom in a public park in a rough part of town. The place is jammed with stuff, much of which is on the floor. Not sure what went wrong here.

Large selection of clothes and shoes. Very good prices and plenty of dressing rooms. I was looking for new bedspread/comforter etc. Pretty limited in that category.

just now the cashier insulted me, she said asked me, are you 55 years old? although I am much younger and look younger. She ruined my holiday mood

I am beyond disappointed with the experience my family had today at TJMAXX, specifically with a cashier named Pam Z. We found two identical pairs of sneakers with a red clearance tag marked at $8. At the register, Pam Z rudely told us it was a mistake and that the original price was actually $16 each. I pointed out that this was misleading and asked her to honor the price, but she falsely claimed that someone had switched the tags. This is obviously a lie, how could someone switch the tags on both pairs and leave them like that? And where was the store’s loss prevention staff while this was supposedly happening?
Pam Z’s behavior was shockingly rude throughout the entire interaction. It made us feel singled out and unwelcome, and I can’t help but wonder if it had something to do with the fact that we look Muslim due to our attire. We’ve been loyal customers, shopping at this store weekly with our family, but after today’s experience, we will never come back. I strongly recommend avoiding this store due to the horrible treatment we received. Completely unacceptable.

The store is neat and clean. Great prices, just make sure to look clothing over for any unintended flaws/defects. The floor personnel could have been more friendly, usually they are though. Will return
again for more deals!
