I was greeted by Mark and dealt with mark to rent a u haul for few hours . He made everything so easy and throughly explained everything to me . If you need storage or rent a U-Haul come here ask for Mark. Thank you for all the assistance

Danaya - A Lifesaver During Our Move!
I wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Danaya at the Belcher Rd location. We were in the midst of a chaotic cross-country move and, in the frenzy, I accidentally booked our U-Haul truck for the wrong day.
Danaya was incredibly understanding and helpful. She quickly assessed the situation, calmly explained our options, and worked to find a solution. Thanks to her problem-solving skills and friendly demeanor, she managed to secure a truck for us on the correct date.
Danaya's professionalism and kindness truly made our day. She alleviated a significant amount of stress during an already stressful time. We are incredibly grateful for her assistance!!

This is The Place to store your stuff! Very clean, safe and organized. Fair prices, the whole package pun intended😉. The real reason for the 5 stars is Diego. As like many people in FL, I was a mess after 2 hurricanes. Diego went out of his way to take care of me. He made me feel safe and heard. He was the kindest soul and just what I needed at that time. I could barely function! Diego is 10s across the board!
