It’s currently past 7:00 AM and nobody in office. Trying to pay my storage and can’t because the place is locked up. No answer from Manager. Manager allows people to sleep inside their unit as witnessed by multiple people

Val and her team at Uhaul on Starkey are fantastic. They were very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Would highly recommend storing or renting with them.

Aliya was amazing and accomadated me witj great customer service. The service was down and shw had to do everything manually. But she did it with a smile. Great Uhaul Experience!

I wouldn’t do business at this play the people there lie and will charge you fees you don’t even owe and the owner is a crook and office staff ! My fiancé brought back a uhaul and they charged prices for nothing !!! Never called her back even though the other uhaul place tolled them she had a deposit !! Worst uhaul we ever experienced

No improvements all good there. But GM Valerie Barsanti was on point very kind and detailed. Valerie Barsanti even called us to let us know the truck we were going to rent and pickup at 12:00 had come back early if we needed it sooner . Please give GM Valerie Barsanti a big bonus or a nice raise this year. Thank you Valerie Barsanti. PS. We will be back . Have a nice day.

They were so nice. In and out. I would suggest to go in or call them directly to set up your rental. Website hours are a bit inconvenient for day rental. Besides that they were great. They offer storage too if needed. Just saying. I didn't need it though.

Nathan, at this location was far beyond excellent. He was able to help me in a quick moving situation and his calm demeanor and customer service skills really deserve a great shout-out. He was handling multiple customers (4) at once and still gave 5-star service to each guest. NICE JOB NATHAN! He really made my experience with UHAUL and my move smooth, memorable, and hassle free.
