I placed my initial reservation for a 15' truck online for mobile pickup. Showed up at the reserved time and tried to complete the process only to get a message saying "no equipment has been assigned to your reservation" and to call customer service. The customer service rep told me that the location needed me to pickup using the counter instead of mobile. When i walked up to the door, there was a note saying the employee was out of office and to call a number for service.
There was an employee in the office that did end up letting us in, only to say that the previous rental hasn't returned the truck yet, so they didn't have a truck for the reservation until they came back. That ended up putting us about 30 minutes behind our planned schedule for the day.
The truck itself was good, and did exactly what it needed to do. Had working A/C, handled well, and had no issues in general.
When returning the truck, i tried to use the customer service desk so i could just do a smooth checkout and have someone do the final inspection. To my surprise (?) nobody was there at 2:00 PM. So I had to use the mobile checkout and follow the entire online process. This left me pretty frustrated as I was forced to wait and use the desk for pickup, but nobody was there for drop off.
When I rent a UHaul again, it won't be from this location

Absolutely the best!!! Manager and staff are so friendly and helpful. Rented a storage unit for 4 years and they always went above and beyond. If all businesses operated this well, it would be a better world.

Rented the truck, and the storage unit. And the staff is probably one of the friendliest I've had the pleasure of chatting with. They'll show ya their butterfly garden too.

Right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. Physically showed us a unit for one price. We reserved it. Came back to confirm pay and move in. They gave that unit to someone else and said we were wrong, they never showed to us. Rented another unit same size higher price because we had no choice at the time. Stayed for the month. Found a bigger unit for less money at public storage. They very unprofessional. And make excuses as they giggle. Have use uhaul for many years with no issues. This location sucks as well as the location on 66th st. They are the worst. Both work together.
