Truck was dirty with coffee spills in the cupholders and coffee stains everywhere, The truck was not cleaned at all whatsoever.
I reserved a truck through the app with furniture, dolly floor, dolly, and furniture pads and there was none available Besides a crappy furniture, dolly, I had to go to another location to get The furniture, dolly for Dolly and furniture pads.
When I try to Key from the lockbox there was none in it. Apparently the key was left overnight in the truck.
Finally When I went to go start the truck up, the battery was completely dead I had to get my own car and my own jumper cables to get the truck up and running.
This was a complete waste of time. I would not recommend this location go to the Seminole Boulevard location They are so much more professional and clean

It was great fast easy the young ladies in the office were amazing helpful kind they put my mind to ease cuz I needed vehicle right away I would recommend anybody go to U-Haul!

This was quick n easy to book a truck on the phone. I spoke to Jillian which was very helpful n patient. She explained everything clearly to me n made sure I was good with what I was doing. Thank you n I highly recommend this place. Just know they r a busy place n ordering the truck u want must be done in advance.

Jillian is the best. Some regional vice president put a policy in place that you can't rent a van or pickup without a credit card due to theft, but a box truck you can rent with a debit card. I'm trying to see the sense in that decision and can't. Most people in this day and age don't have a 35000 vehicle replacement on their credit card. Furthermore, if someone wants to steal a truck, their gonna steal one no matter what it is.
Anyways, Jillian is awesome. We ran into the pickup truck scenario, and Jillian made calls and stayed late to make sure we got something for fireworks sales. This location has our business. Hopefully, that idiotic policy goes away, such a dumb policy.

7.31 24..Elevator service out at the Largo storage facility on Walsingam Rd.for 3 weeks. Which created a challenge For customers on the second floor to get belongings in and out. Poor signage didn't Didn't direct any one to where the stairs were located?And there is a safety issue on the 1st floor in the stairwell.Behind the stairwell, which is an area or dead space.That's large enough for someone to be hide. There is no mirror there that allows you to see what could be behind.That space , which would address the safety issue. I.
Went to the office on sunday afternoon before Closing time but the door was locked and no one was there. I call customer service and left a message for a district manager to call but nobody ever called today is now thursday.. The elevator
was fixed.I was told it was struck by lightning and that u haul is not offering any service credit or retention incentive. The customer service response was that the barony because the building was hit by lightning and that as a customer.I'm not paying for the elevator. Perhaps she didn't realize she was on a recorded line.She's correct , if not paying for the elevator But I am paying access to To my belongings And a three week extended delay would be unacceptable Because.
Of their inability to locate a vendor to come in repair it. No, they're not responsible for acts of nature.They're responsible for acting like they care and they clearly do not ...

I didn't get her name, but the girl who helped me was AWESOME!! I called less than 5min before closing bc my reservation I thought I had at another store didn't go through and had no other options for me to rent. She was able to make me a reservation right then and stayed well after closing finishing up paperwork/payment info.
There should be people like her at all locations 🥰

I do not recommend this U-Haul location! They told the driver to drop my U-Box on the other side of the parking lot after drawing a picture showing its desired location next to my unit. Prepare to be disappointed with their customer service, as they seem to have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself the hassle and find a more competent facility.

I was a little disappointed when they clearly tacked on 10 miles to my bill.
I know exactly how far I drove but they claimed I drove ten miles further.
And this after giving the manager a bottle of ibuprofen.I had in my car cause.He was complaining about sore muscles from a bike tour. oh well, kindness doesn't always pay back.
