The one time I rented a truck from here I had no issues.
I have used their propane service several times and they have been excellent! Just ring the bell by the propane spot and they come right out to you, you can pay there as well!

My experience with Mike at U-Haul was extremely disappointing. He was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction, making it clear that customer service is not a priority for him. Additionally, his lack of competence made the process far more frustrating than it needed to be. I strongly recommend U-Haul address this issue immediately to avoid losing loyal customers. This level of service is unacceptable.

Everyone at the U-Haul Largo location was so helpful and efficient. I really appreciated help learning how to use various features of the truck. Thank you for everything!! I highly recommend this location!

The worst Uhaul company I have ever used. The truck was terrible, it felt like the transmission was going to come out of the truck! Check engine light was on! Lights flashed off and on! The scariest ride I have ever had. I was told the manager was going to call me but he never did. So very disappointed!

Everything very smooth when I went to rent a trailer the guy who took care of me was really nice. I can't say the same when I returned the guy was really nice and told me that I don't need to do anything else that he would take care of the returned. 3 hours later a receive a call from other employee asking me for the late returned. I told him that the trailer was returned early morning and he went to check to confirm. The trailer was there just the employee forgot to check it in. Very disappointed.

The experience i have had here today really has made my month and I have to give my absolute respect and thanks to the employee named Zie.
after bringing our truck back to the Uhaul location to pick up a tow dolie the only 2 that were left both had problems the one we were using in question had a faulty metal piece that was too long to unlatch the ramp.
After an incredibly hard day of packing and moving we were very defeated to say the least and after explaining our situation to Zie he not only spent 30 of his own time in the garage work shop fixing the metal piece in question he went over every detail of loading and dismounting the car to us since we were very nervous with us never having done this before. I can say for sure he was our hero today thank you Zie and i who would highly recommend coming here especially if you get to interact with Zie!

Largo U-Haul had the size trick I preferred on the day I requested. They also extended the rental for me as requested. The staff was pleasant and the truck ran smoothly.
The only down side was that the staff was suck on the phone which made my wait about 15 minutes. Would also have benefited from some instruction on truck use.
Will rent from them again, if needed.
