Was in there today for the new iPhone 16 pro max. Ronaldo helped me out, really good customer service, any questions i had he answered them with good responses. He made everything easy and quick, really recommend going to him if you stop by the store.

Went to the store had to wait a hour for someone to help me. Took another hour to order a new phone was told they would call when it came in. They never called i called them several times they kept telling me it has not come in but ups tracking said it came in on October 30th at 1133 am. Called them again on November 21st talked to a person named Zack he said it was not there and would not look for it. Then he told me that they sold it to someone else and thought it was funny and told me I had to come back in and do the paperwork and order it again he thought that was funny that I needed to come back in and waste two more hours of my time because of his incompetence. I will never go back to this store or recommend anyone to go there. And this is there response a automatic response not even a real person replying just gives me more reason not to go there don't even have the respect to contact me with a person what a shame.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service my mother and I received at your Verizon store located at 2351 101st St N, Largo, FL.
We visited the store due to concerns about our bill being unusually high. My mother had recently been on a cruise, and we believed the charges were related to this. She had purchased a TravelPass prior to the trip and did not understand why additional charges were applied. After speaking with a representative on the phone, we were able to resolve the billing issue.
However, our experience at the store was extremely disappointing. The employees spoke to my mother in a condescending manner, which was both disrespectful and unprofessional. My mother is 70 years old and not particularly tech-savvy. She had come into the store prior to her cruise specifically to ensure she was covered, but no one informed her at that time that the TravelPass she purchased did not include cruise coverage. This critical information should have been communicated clearly.
During our visit, the situation escalated due to the rude comments directed toward my mother. While walking out of the store, I began recording the interaction with the sales rep we’re working with, THE MANAGER intervened and tried to FORCIBLY take my phone from me, which I captured on video. REPEAT THE MANAGER!! The manger then told us “to take your lease car and to get off his parking lot”.
What a traumatic experience this was! I’m disgusted, something is really wrong at this store, I don’t know if it’s anger management, lack of care for customers or substance abuse. This is off the chart!! We are considering legal action at this point.
This behavior is unacceptable, especially toward long-time customers who have been with Verizon for over 20 years. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of respect and courtesy shown to my mother and me during this visit.
I hope you will address this matter promptly to ensure that other customers do not face similar treatment in the future.

I guess once you do business with this place, everything else doesn’t matter. I honestly don’t get how this particular location has a great rating. My experience with Dan has been very stressful! Who cares if he has been with Verizon for ten years; It’s how you communicate professionally with your new customers. Never have I ever experienced this kind of problem from the previous phone company. T-Mobile and AT&T maintain their great service and follow through with our number exchange and correct delivery location. I felt so bad for my sister who had to drive 45 minutes to retrieve her personal iPhone plus from Thomasville Al FedEx store instead of it being delivered to her home address like they did with the pixels, and to meet in Selma Al to exchange her Pixel for a iPhone 14. Once she arrives there, they didn’t know anything about the exchange which Dan were supposed to have called in advance to let them know. She drove a total of 4 hours and fifteen minutes round trip to be told that they only have 15’s and 16 iPhones available. I tried calling this guy a few times as well as messaging but no answers or response. (((Pointless of giving customers your number if you’re not going to answer))) In order for me to get any help I had to called the 611 line to get everyone’s number switch over and unexpected charges dropped. We have never disrespected anyone or caused any problems. My sister called the direct line to explain to Dan about how she had driven all over the state to only come back with nothing. He went back and forth with her in denial before hanging up on her because she stated that he’s being very unprofessional. She calls back to get the cooperate number which another guy hangs up on her. I honestly feel as if this is a race thing and now we’re stuck in a situation of discomfort until we can figure out another solution or change representative. Which they stated that we can’t change one but the call representative stated otherwise. Regardless of our bad experience here, we will always remain humble and respectful. Blessing to all!

Sales rep Nick was quick to greet me and asked how he could help me. I needed a new flip phone for my wife. He had the phone programmed and ported in no time. This was the best phone store experience that I can recall thanks to Nicks professional manner.

KJ was amazing. I ported my number over from AT&T a few weeks ago and tons of stuff not working on my phone. I was mad as a hornet coming in the store, however KJs personality and attitude about fixing things turned my frown upside down. I was fully prepared to cancel my phones I just signed up for especially since my voicemail wouldn't work. Even though he couldn't fix it after hours of troubleshooting. He submitted a ticket and I wanted him to know next day... Now my voicemail works!!
If any managers are reading this... I need you to know that he is one of the best salesman I have seen in a long time. I am a sales manager and have been in sales for almost 15 years.... KEEP THIS EMPLOYEE.
He is a total asset, great personality, and will to find the solution was top notch. I'd take him in my sales team any day. KEEP UP THE WORK KJ. YOU'RE A ROCKSTAR.

Another great experience with Cellular Sales at the Largo store. Not only are Ryan and Chris friendly and knowledgeable but they always deliver exceptional customer service and leave this demanding customer Completely Satisfied. I would recommend this location to all my friends and family.

We had a very great experience at this location today! Angel took great care of transferring our plans as well as upgrading them! Made sure we got the absolute best deal we could!! Also the best man to put a screen protector on a new phone! 10/10
