Absolutely Outstanding Experience!
I recently visited this Verizon store, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The organization of the store is impressive, making it easy to navigate and find exactly what I needed. The staff here are not only friendly but also incredibly professional and knowledgeable, which made my visit all the more enjoyable.
A special shoutout to Colin, who went above and beyond to assist me. His expertise and willingness to help made a significant difference in my experience. I left the store feeling excited and proud to be a Verizon customer!

I traveled to Clearwater from Ohio to visit my Mom and give her her first iPhone. When we encountered some “technical” issues Connor at the Verizon Largo location could not have been more helpful. He was so kind and patient as we spent quite some time in the store while I set up my mom’s phone and taught her some basics. He even got me a great deal on a new line/phone for myself that was long overdue. Very knowledgeable and very sweet. If my daughters weren’t already married I would have tried to be a matchmaker! 😉 Grateful for such awesome customer service. Thanks Conner!

Angel did what the insurance company Assurion and Verizon customer service could or would not do in less than 45 minutes! Amazing job, and extremely patient and kind to help me, when everyone at those companies had blown me off or passed me on! Thank you so much! If Verizon’s customer service was more like Angels at the Largo location Ulmerton rd in Florida then they would have a customer for life in me! Well done Angel and Ryan again:)

Terrible experience. I worked with Blaise. Bought a new iPhone 15 and a new iPad Pro which was to be shipped in 2 days to the store. She ends up having it sent to a store over an hour away and I’m now told I have to wait for it to be brought to their store. 2 day shipping should mean 2 days. If you’re working at a store you should know your store address. Save the headache and choose another spot. EDIT! They reached out trying to get me to remove the review. Absolutely not. Now just a day ago I get an email saying I owe just under $400 on the trade in early upgrade IPhone promo after sending my phone back. At the store I was told it would be paid off on top of an additional amount credited to my new phone. Switching service currently over the experience I’ve had just from this store. I’ve been with Verizon as long as I can remember
