There is absolutely no communication in the pharmacy. There is nothing smooth about the pharmacy and the business they do. This needs to be taken care of.

The location I visited was 800 West Bay Largo FL on September 23 2024 and even though we arrived early for a vaccination we had to wait 35 minutes. Several customers came in while we were waiting and complaining about the weight and multiple visits to get prescriptions filled as well.

I come here all the time and never had a problem I ask the cashier Camilla if she can help me with some small bills for big bills and she tried to keep 2 10’s out of it when I called her out she acted like she knew what she did but just got caught. I won’t return back to this store because of untrustworthy people!!!! She seen I had money asking to exchange small bills for big and tried to take advantage. SHAME ON YOU CAMILLA!!!!

The pharmacy hours listed online nor on the building are accurate. Pharmacy is not open at 9:30 on Sunday.

I just waited an hour and a half at the drive-thru window in the pharmacy and I still didn't get my prescriptions The pharmacist completely ignored me and proceeded to take 10 different customers that's a counter I totally blew 45 minutes of my lunch break and lost my job

If you want anything on time, never go to this pharmacy. I was on the phone on hold for a collective 2 HOURS [i have screenshots] Got hung up on twice finally gave up and decided to try for my meds the next day. They need more staff or better staff.

Stopped by here to pick up a prescription and find a sign saying they are closed and to find another walgreens. Something about its a violation of state law to pick up medications from this location. This is the second pharmacy that has been closed down. I wander what they have done to be forced to close and create an illegal action. Anyone have insight on these

This is in regards to my experience at Walgreens on 800 w bay in Largo FL store #5326.
I attempted to check my prescription that I was told would be ready on Monday 3/25. App showed delayed. I attempted to call the pharmacy at 3:30pmEST on 3/27 and was without asking placed on an endless hold for 15 minutes without any resolution. They would just not say anything and refresh the hold after it rang back to them in the Pharmacy over and over. I then hung up and called the store directly. I requested to speak with a manager . Inwas then placed on a 13 minute endless hold...where everytime after the 3-5 min time limit it would ring back to the store and they would just without asking refresh then hold...then no manager but a fill in pharmacist picked up...they told me that's the script has just been sitting there becuase no one checked if it was in stock however it was and would be ready in 30 minutes. This store location has some serious customer service issues that either need to be addressed with more staff or training.

Heather in the Pharmacy was amazing she went completely above and beyone looking for other Walgreens that carried a certain cough syrup for me. She was super busy and handled everything with grace.. I'm very sick and can barely think straight. She made me feel like family. When you're under the weather kindness goes even further. Thank you again Heather for being so sweet and compassionate

This place constantly ignores the customer's inside the store for the drive thru and phone. So sick of them taking car after car while those waiting at the counter have to stand there stupid or speak up loudly to get service. Inside customer's should always get priority. Period!
