I will never use Walgreens again. The pharmacist here is a horrible person and she is petty. I arrived at 7:55 which i knew was cutting it close also why the dr gave me a paper rx incase this walgreens was closed. They type my name and said it wasnt in to which i handed them the paper copy that they just placed in a pile and told me they would fill it in the am. I said nope i need that tonight and ill just go to publix since you dont want to do work the last 5 mins of your shift. Tell me why i get to publix and its saying the walgreens filled it.... remember i wasnt in the system, i took my paper copy from you and you were clearly done with work so you fake filled my rx because your petty and i hope you lose your job because your a terrible person.

I had the most horrible experience at your store. I was trying to get prints done at your store. One of your clerks was trying to help. Then she said someone else was more knowledgeable and she paged her through the store intercom 8 times. When she finally arrived there was someone else that came to the counter 30 seconds before she arrived. I indicated I was there first, as did the other customer. She looked at the other customer and said I'll help you first as her photo will take an hour to print. Speaking like I wasn't even there. I left because of this. I didn't even bother getting other items I needed. I went elsewhere. This person didn't seem to care and gave off the vibe that she didn't want to be there and couldn't not care about customer service. I am sure there are people that would love to help people. Maybe you should reevaluate the people you hire! Zero rating from me. I will spread the word about that experience to others!

The female pharmacist had the worst attitude. She hates people and it's obvious. She never smiles and will literally roll her eyes at anything that she feels is annoying to her. I actually moved my scripts to costco just so I don't have to deal with her negativity. It's a shame because wallgreens on a half a mile from my home and costco is 20 miles. She has argued with me over things that are none of hey business. Get rid of her. I'm sure I'm not the only person that has experienced hey horrible behavior.

I've never had such trouble with a pharmacy as I have with this store. I repeatedly get notices about delays in filling a script. I can't fathom why a major chain can't get deliveries on a regular basis. As product goes out , it should be inventoried as needing replenishing. This is a direct reflection on a managerial incompetence and lack of knowledge in what their duties are. At the very least nearby Walgreens should be included in an inventory share.so that if one is out, another store can fill the script. That is just an example of how they don't know how to address a problem.or don't see it as one. I hope no one has had any life threatening issues because of this negligence.

Pharmacist is a power-tripping piece of garbage. If you are on ANY scheduled medications, avoid this scum like the plague. Treats everyone like a junkie and will not even listen to the prescribing doctor.
I was shocked dealing with the pharmacy here. Pharmacist is clearly upset that they make $60k a year working at the worst pharmacy chain in the country, so they take it out on the patients. Looks down on anyone who takes a scheduled medication.
Background: I have been on Suboxone for 9 years. Within that time, I have been sober off all illicit chemicals, gotten an undergrad degree in business administration, and a Master's in cybersecurity. I have a fantastic job and just bought a house out here. All of this was over filling my script one day early so I could go on a week long business trip to meet with a very valuable client. She was rude, purposely tried to sabotage the situation, and even lied to myself and the doctor. My doctor said he has never seen a pharmacist act this childish before.
Just look at the other reviews. This woman shouldn't be a doctor. She clearly does not care about the health of her patients and has some serious personal issues going on. She wouldn't be capable of working at a McDonald's drive through, let alone a pharmacy.
Edit: My doctor canceled the Walgreens script and called in a new one to the CVS down the street. CVS filled it in 10 mins, no issue, and the pharmacist there was awesome.

Again, we have issues with these pharmacies to keep medicine longer than is required insurance says on the 12th it should be on the 12th not on the 15th or 16th. They are playing doctors. They’re trying to save their license when they could indeed have a very big lawsuit when someone’s terminally ill and they need their medicine. They should be given on the time it’s due not When they want, I think the pharmacist should be winded and dined more often. If you have an attitude it’s time to leave your job you’re dealing with humans not animals.

If there was an option to put zero stars, I would put zero stars. The pharmacy is absolutely nasty and this Walgreens should be the one shutting down not the one on 66 street I’ve never dealt with so much unprofessionalism as this pharmacy. Danielle, the pharmacist absolutely awful and corporate should fire her. She has no manners nor any kind of compassion for anyone.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I pick up my prescription every month and no matter what time of day, line or no line, it takes at least 30 minutes to pick up my prescription. They never have more than one cashier working at the pharmacy and one cashier at the main register at the front of the store. For God’s sake, schedule another cashier!

Last night I stopped by the store at 8:13pm, the cashier was not customer friendly, she never said hello, I am a shiftlead from Illinois and this type of customer service is frowned upon.
