Since from coming down here from New York I've been to a lot of different stores like these Walgreens all of them are not the same but some of them have very very poor customer service.I wasn't in the store 5 minutes and the lady was all over me! I felt very disrespected I hadn't done anything to warrant her attention or her extra attention should I say I never like to play the race card that's the only thing to me that makes sense .I sat back and I watched how she interacted with other Patriots when they came in the store she did not move but when an older lady of color came in she stopped what she was doing and started following her around the store as well all I'm saying is if you're a person of color just be mindful how much extra attention you may possibly get if you come to the store.

Started having issues with prescriptions. I know when each medication needs to be refilled, yet Walgreens seems to think they know better than I do. They want me to pick up or fill prescriptions that I don't yet need filled. Granted, my health insurance pharmacy got hold of a couple prescriptions so I had my medications, and didn't need them from Walgreens. I had advised Walgreens of the situation via a phone call, yet they STILL went ahead and filled unnecessary refills. Then they go so far as to deny me medications that I DO need filled. They claimed my arthritis medicine was a controlled substance. I checked with the State, and no, as I suspected, it is no more a controlled substance than my blood pressure medication. I will be finding another pharmacy.

I’ve been coming here for a while and had back surgery not that long ago. The pharmacist guy here was giving me and my doctor a hard time about filling a prescription of mine. Going days with out it because he didn’t want to fill it. I had to change pharmacy’s because I don’t want to deal with a pharmacist like that over stepping his job duties. I wish I knew there name because I would put it on here. You should get rid of there pharmacist I’m sure it’s not the first time some one complained about him or her.

Looked like a ghost town. Had to hunt down an employee to get 4 items checked out.
During checkout, the cashier didn't greet me, ask for my rewards number (looked annoyed when I was typing it, too), ignored when I was making conversation, and didn't even bother to hand my bag to me.
I do not recommend this location.

Sadly will agree with other reviews as of late. I have been using this pharmacy for the last 17 years. I had absolutely refused to use any others. However the last year I started to have to take a lot of monthly meds. I never remember the names or spelling of most. My husband has stopped a few times and they refuse to let him pick up with him knowing the specific names for each item then the times he did despite them calling saying items were ready suddenly they weren't there or suddenly back ordered. I threw out a bottle and don't remember the specific name of a med and even with the list showing on their side refused to put it in for refill. Three other family members use different pharmacies and it's never like this with their meds. Even the phone system of other pharmacies are more helpful than Walgreens currently is. I hope they fix it and make a come back. Currently getting my list together and switching after 17 years.

Apparently even if you are in line at the pharmacy before 1:30, if 1:30 comes before they get to you, they just leave the pharmacy and you don’t get your perception. I was third in line, the gentlemen, two cars ahead of me (front of the line when I pulled up) got his prescription and then 1:30 hit and they left me and the lady In front of me at the pharmacy window. Didn’t bother to say anything or give us our prescriptions. We sat in line for at least 10 minutes before they closed for lunch so it’s not like I showed up at 1:30 expecting them to stay. It’s not those waiting to pick up fault that it takes 10 minutes for a tech or a pharmacist to give someone their script.

I always shop here. It’s close to where I live and staff is always nice but this lady I’ve never seen before NAJADA is rude. She spoke to all the men in front of me and when I came, she didn’t say hi, how are you, phone number for rewards, nothing. I’ve been a cashier and it’s her job. I walked out without my receipt. I called to speak to a manager and she said she is a manager. She needs to learn to transfer phone calls.. I will not be coming back.

Couldn’t get my scripts last night so had to come back today because they close at 6 PM on a Saturday and I didn’t get out of the hospital until 10 o’clock at night so that was fine so when I came here to pick up my meds in the afternoon they are closed for lunch and don’t open until 2 PM Which makes no sense to me. Why wouldn’t you have two pharmacist and swap them out during lunchtime? That way the pharmacy is open because you are a pharmacy. They were a minute late opening up not a big deal but when I’m told to verify my address and my address that they have on file doesn’t match my current address she mentioned an address from Springhill that I haven’t lived at for over 10 years , so I told her the road and she gave me a road to an old apartment in Largo and I looked at her and I’m like you’re saying my old Spring Hill address I need to know but yet you have my old Largo address which are two different counties. Then it asked me to verify my phone number. Great at least I know that! She held the bag with my stuff off of the counter and next to her side, as if I was going to pick it up and run out the door without paying for it. when I threw down cash in front of her, she still didn’t put my bags down until she was ready to put the money into the register and give me my change. I will not be returning to this Walgreens, even though it’s the closest one to my house, I’m gonna go back to the old one up by my old house because they don’t treat you like a criminal and they seem to know what they’re talking about when they’re asking you for information. I got my arm in a sling. Yeah I look real threatening. Don’t I? Smh
