Super rude on the phone. I am always on hold for long periods of time and usually hung up on. One of my medications I have to call in myself so I can’t use the automated route. They act like they are doing you a favor for doing their job! I know they are understaffed sometimes and it can be overwhelming but it happens to me at my job and I can’t treat customers poorly because of it, you just have to smile and push through no matter what. This goes for all the Walgreens pharmacy’s I have dealt with. I had one pharmacist George at Park Blvd and Seminole Blvd in Seminole and I haven’t seen him in a while idk if they transferred him or if he left but he was a definite asset to the company. And Erika who’s is the pharmacy assistant is great too! If more employees were like them it would be a much nicer place! The last 2 months I had 5 ER visits and 4 Hospitalizations so I have had. A lot of medications to pick up to say the least and there always was an issue with every order all caused by Walgreens not by my doctors or anything like that. I have to use them for my insurance so I have to navigate the waters but see if you can form a relationship with the pharmacist I found that helped me the most in my former experiences!

Ok, after reading all the reviews. I can agree that from many Walgreens around, this store has the worst customer service. They are always mad and get bothered if you ask for help ?Kelly, God bless your heart with happiness, so you have more empathy for others.

Thank you to the Pharmacy team here on Walsingham Rd. I forgot my Rx while traveling. They stepped up and covered me until I returned home.

This is the worst Walgreens store on the planet. If youre looking for a rude & incompetent staff look no further b/c this store has them all……. The pharmacy is a joke. Cody the pharmacist is rude and incompetent. The operations manager Ash follows form and it’s not hard to see why this store has ssssssoooo many bad reviews when they have leadership like this. If you want your scripts filled by the automated system to only be told once you get to the location that your script either isn’t ready or was cancelled, then come do business at Walgreens.

This pharmacy is in need of help. I’ve never seen one operate so poorly. It’s entertaining to use it because you can count on something to be messed up .

By far, this Walgreens is the WORST when it comes to pharmacy customer service. They consistently give the wrong day and time for when Rx is ready. When you call, they leave you on hold for no less than 30 minutes, but average is 45-60+ minutes. When they finally do pick up, they disconnect the call. I finally cancelled my Rx and had my Dr phone it into a competitor. Walgreen's assured me it was cancelled, but in typical poor service fashion it wasn't, so the new pharmacy couldn't fill it without my insurance company having to intervene.

Got new RX (omeprazole 40 mg). Purple/white caps do NOT work. Have acid reflux every day. Called & held on for 27 min. Was told that was only kind they carry & I need to find out what kind I used to use (blu/pink caps). Wonder how I find that out??Also, Maybe I should call corporate for this location to get more help in answering the phones - that was from the pharmacist on duty. What a waste of money for that prescription!!!Going to CVS for my prescriptions from now on….

If I could give a zero star I would. Coolers are out and so are your employees. I needed some pictures printed. Tried the cord to the machine, didn’t work.. I asked for help, the employee stood there and didn’t help one bit, just walked away.so I tried the app, didn’t work. Had to walk outside to ask for help from the same employee, his response was simply “oh”. No help. Just walked away to smoke a cigarette. Rude.Update: talked to store manager. He apologized on behalf of the employee.I’ve been coming to this Walgreens since I moved to Florida and I have never had such bad customer service.

One blonde pharmacist was unbelievable and extremely rude to me one dayI received a text that my medications were ready for pick up so I went in to pick them up and she yelled at me telling me they are not ready and there are 100 people ahead of me and then thru some bags of prescriptions on the floor! I was so upset and showed her my text indicating that my meds were ready but she continued to be unprofessional and rude. Such horrible service, they need to screen their employees a little better than they do I'm guessing.

This store is a joke. I don’t care about the actual store but the pharmacy is odious. Every time it’s time I have to refill my medications and I have to deal with them I get super anxious and stressed out because I know it’s going to take a good 1-2 hours of my time. First, waiting in line (that’s just inside) and then explaining to them what I need. I WILL NEVER CALL THEM ON THE PHONE BECAUSE AND IF THEY DO EVER AND ANSWER, THEY SAY HOLD AND NEVER COME BACK TO THE PHONE. The phone keeps ringing until it hangs up itself. It’s beyond rude and unprofessional when someone has been waiting a good 2 hours on the phone. Mostly it’s because they always have new techs who come in who don’t know anything so explaining anything to them is a waste of time and the pharmacist is way too busy to talk to you to render the problem. There is this one tech who has been there forever and I don’t know how considering she doesn’t know basic medical latin like po, generics, dosages, or anything else based on her job description. I feel like jumping over the counter and being like there you go. She literally screams at patients purposeful or not. If she’s there when I’m there I will literally ask for someone else. Other than that they really need some help here.

My father is a disabled vet with an amputation. He was just told by your pharmacist that you are up for licensing and she will not fill his medications there. He will end up going to the hospital as he has been filling his medications for years at your pharmacy. This is completely unethical and I am encouraging him to talk to an attorney.

Walgreens always has what I need. Love this place!!! Literally you can go here when ever place else is closed and they have a tremendous selection of products. Sure you might pay a little more for non pharmacy related items, but it is the convenience.

The pharmacy personnel need an education and improved work ethic. For example, don't lie to the customer. If you 15 minute wait, and the customer is waiting an hour later don't insist it's only been 15 minutes. That's pathetic lieing. Just apologize for the wait. Or better yet inform them it will take longer. Too many times this store has told us an rx will be ready by a certain time & when we arrive we'll after that certain time it's not ready & they give excuses. Too much personal business going on, and negative attitude with customers. They need to sharpen up. If they have customer overload as they claim maybe they need to refer customers to a store not so overloaded. Audits and secret shoppers for pharmacy are a must have. Hope Walgreens gets it together soon

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for at least 30 years. The pharmacy service has gone completely downhill. I received an email my med. was ready for refill. I checked ok for the refill and I got a response it will be ready for pickup at 12 PM the next day. The next day I got a phone call there will be a delay because they are waiting for approval from my insurance (what ).My insurance is Medicare and they (Walgreens) did this to me once before. I waited all day and the next day , still waiting for approval from my insurance. Finally I called and talked to a rude condescending man. He said he was busy and the only one at the pharmacy.I asked him what was the problem with my insurance and he told me they were waiting for my DOCTOR to fill out some forms that Medicare wanted. So I called my doctor and they were confused and said they would send a SECOND prescription to Walgreens with any and all Medicare info. The next day I called Walgreens and they told me they are waiting to hear from my doctor. Are you seeing a pattern here ? I called my doctor again and she said that they have faxed the second prescription 3x and maybe I should come in and pick it up because there isn't anything else they can do. So I drove 20 min. to my doctor, picked up the prescription and hand delivered it to Walgreens. This foreign lady with black hair was trying to tell me some crazy story that I had the wrong form. I said lady this form IS from Walgreens. She tried to tell me some bizarre story of what I needed to do. Finally she took the form over to another lady ( thank goodness) that said yes this was the CORRECT form and she needed to call Medicare for approval. Then the foreign lady shows it to a man that says it will take 48 hours to fill this prescription ( glucose testing strips).I went home and called Medicare and they haven't received ANY requests from this Walgreens for any approval. There is no 48 hour wait for glucose testing strips and told me this is somethingWalgreens at the Walsingham address is doing . I asked again if Walgreens EVER requested ANY approval for my test strips andMedicare said NO. They told me to please go to a differentWalgreens or CVS or Publix nearby. DO NO GO TO THE WALSINGHAM PHARMACY.

Had a visit to the ER and had my prescriptions sent to this store including my pain medications. They told me my medication would be ready by 6pm and I came by around 7pm to pickup and they told me that they had their systems down amd they were behind and it would be another hour and a half. Understandable so I gave them plenty of time abd I came back right before close to pick up. When I arrive they inform me my medication still isn't ready. The pain medication from the ER is now starting to wear off so I ask to transfer it to a 24hr location so and they say they can't transfer the prescription because it's a controlled substance "sorry for the inconvenience" Now I'm stuck in excruciating pain all night long. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional and I do
