Very rude & nasty new night manager don’t wanna help costumers she would rather argue an have a attitude instead of making the costumer happy I literally just paid for my order I spend 100s in this store an the glass bottle dropped while I’m still at the store an she said I have to buy a whole new bottle like wow the other manager was better an helped with costumers more with problem like this

Worst ever. In customer service line. Waited on one customer over 10min. 5 other people in front of me. Said you need to call Manger for help. He stated I am the manager and I don't have anyone to call. I He also was wearing a dirty baseball cap. This is the first review I have ever written. Going to shop at Winn Dixie from now on.

Up until today I shopped at this store a couple times a week. I went to the store today, got all my groceries (including some beer) and got in line to check out. While waiting to check out, I realized I forgot my wallet at home. I left my cart with customer service and went out to the car and grabbed my Wife's credit card. I came back and waited in line again. When I got to the check out and scanned my beer, I realized I didn't have ID. I am 47 years old, so I figured I would just see if they let me slide (as several of the people manning self check out know me by sight). No such luck as a short overweight man with a red beard came over with a ton of attitude and asked me for my ID. I said, "yea, I'm going to have to go to the car". I went to the car and got my Wife to come in with her ID, and the gentleman refused to sell to her, because I "looked under 40 years old, and he knew she was 'buying the beer for me''". I'm sure you will say "he was following policy" but what he did was destroy the customer experience and lost a regular customer for the store.
Definitely not a win for Walmart!

The absolute worst walmart I have ever been in, and I've been in Walmarts literally all over the country. This place was crowded, and people were stealing items out in the open. The produce is absolutely horrendous, and somehow, nobody in front of me in line didn't know how to use a self checkout? They would all just stare at it or try and insert multiple bills at a time??? I've never seen anything like this before. I feel like I lost brain cells just being in here. Not to mention that the floors were sticky, and there were items just thrown all over the place.

Lack of cashier's AGAIN instead the cashier's/customer service reps. stand and watch you behind your back while you ring up your items without helping making sure you don't steal anything. Management please stop degrading your customer's! Have fun putting away all my groceries Ulmerton & Starkey Market. Shameful.

Lose the self-checkout it has never worked. Bring back the cashiers thing move a 1000% better I should not have to stand in line for 15 minutes to get 2 items when you have 15 registers and 2 employees at the self-checkout.
