I placed an order over phone because they don’t have online checkout - they emailed a PDF receipt shortly after placing the order, shipped the item right away, and the item came packaged well. Everything was organized and fast.

I don't think this business can handle any more positive reviews, but honestly - it's the best shop in town if you are looking for a place that will help you fulfill your water passions. They have anything you need at the best prices with an extra ordinary customer service. Most importantly, they stand behind their product. The owner insures himself you are a happy and returning customer. Many locals know Steve is there to help, but if you are new to the area and want to adventure water activities - Watersport West must be your stop!Happy Paddler

Watersports West is a local gem! These guys are super helpful and they have a great selection of gear and clothing. I recently needed kites repaired and they were able to hook me up with a local repair guy. They are an asset for the water sports community in our area. They even support local business by carrying locally made products. I would highly recommend Watersports West to anyone looking for water sports equipment at fair prices. 5 stars!

I bought my Live paddle board here & loved my experience. Steve took us on a demo ride with a few of the boards I was considering. He was super knowledgeable and helped making a decision easy. He fitted me for a custom paddle & I am so happy with everything I bought. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thanks Steve!!

Watersports West is amazing. It has everything you could think of and probably a lot you didn’t think of for outside fun. Steve is so patient, explains everything to you and makes sure you understand how to handle your new toy. I bought a beautiful Bahia Marina hard paddle board. Not only is the quality great but it’s absolutely gorgeous. Can’t wait to get out on my board.

This place is FANTASTIC. These guys clearly know their stuff when it comes to paddle boards and watersports. They were going to help me out with a repair and suggested I go back to the manufacturer first which worked and I didn't end up using them for the repair but that should tell you what type of establishment this is. I definitely plan on going back to them for my next paddle board purchase or accessories because they deserve the business for being such an upstanding business that wants to help you out.

By far the best water sports shop around. They are super nice but more importantly they are filled with so much knowledge and they seem to really want you to get what works for you not what they want to sale. they do custom work and they also do rentals so you can get a feel for what you want to purchase and know if it is going to work for you before you buy it. They have a nice large selection of beach wear and beach apparel, which really surprised me. They have all you Florida gifts but not like a gift shop with not so great stuff. Stop by this place you will not regret it!

Every time I have come in this store, the staff are more than welcoming and will spend a lot of time with me answering all sorts of questions and they don’t seem annoyed. I was delightfully surprised when they even came out to my truck to discuss surf rack options without even selling me their own products. Just simply spending time with me, helping me! Oh yeah, tremendous collection of all beach related and water related activities.

Great store. Ive never seen such a variety of mens shorts. They have everything you could think of for the beach. Staff are very helpful, always pleasant and knowledgeable. The store goes back along way and is much bigger than it looks from the outside.
