They require you to have an account with them to get change. I manage a store nearby and I had to wait in line for 15 minutes just to be told that they only allow non-customers to get $20 in change. There should be signage to depict such a ridiculous policy. I needed to be back at my store within 5 minutes, and instead I waited for 15 for nothing.

Called to talk with someone at the Beltcher location and got an off site person who couldn’t answer my questions about becoming a new customer. They redirected my call back to the branch and then again went back to the service. Because of this I refuse to open an account with you!

I hate banks. Well I hate public places. Besides that why is it when a place you work for pays you in a written check that I have to come into the bank to cash it. This is stupid. Drive thru is way more convenient. All because I don't have a account. Just moronic. This is why I won't get a account with any bank. Banks are just another government institution. Hey why would I want anyone knowing where and how I spend my money. Everytime you swipe a debit card or any transaction the government know where you spend your money. NO THANKS

I should not have to wait 10 min to make a cash deposit when I’m the only car at the drive thru. Every time! Ridiculous branch. Sadly closest one to office.

This branch used to be one of the friendliest with great customer service years and years ago. I went through the drive-thru on a Saturday morning and the teller (Blanca) at the window had an attitude as if I was bothering her. After I sent the tube and she was holding my debit card and check she looks over at me and says in a nasty tone, "What are we doing?" Not, how can I help you? After that, I told her is was written on the back. She processed my deposit, sent it back to me and not a word spoken. No 'Have a nice day, Go fly a kite' By the way, there was no one else in the drive-thru lanes and maybe 2 cars parked in the lot. Clearly, Wells Fargo has lowered their standards for employees they hire. Customer service and general kindness is a thing of the past. I called the branch a few times after leaving to voice my concern and kept getting a message that all branch associates were busy helping customers. I know that was not the case, so if you're hoping to speak to your local branch, they clearly don't want to help you. Btw, I have been a customer since 1994 and have never felt as irritated as this to write a review.

Just opened a account today and was told they would help me with the app they did not help me. Called the help line and the lady was rude.Called back spoke with a man for about 6 minutes and was put on hold it has now been 40:20 minutes and i am still on hold. Come mondy i am going to find a new bank.

Probably one of the worst banks in the area witch is crazy since it’s one of the busiest parts of largo. I need money at least once a week and everytime I go I wait at least 20-30 minutes to get my money from them. They ask for millions of questions even though they have 2 forms of ID Like my drivers license or bank card. Needs new management people don’t have time everyday to be waiting 20-30 minutes to withdraw cash

Worse Bank Around. Lobby Been Closed For Months. All The Other Bank's Lobbies Are Open Without Any Issues. U Want Me To Sit In The Drive Through When It's 20 Cars Deep. Have U Seen The Price Of Gas. Ya No Thanks. Maybe Raise The Pay Of Ur Employees And U Might Be Able To Get Some Ppl To Apply. PNC Bank Across The Street And Their Lobby Is Wide Open....

Very disappointed in this Wells Fargo branch they do not advertise that they are drive-thru only. Me being a student I am not able to afford a car right now. They refused my services because I am not able to be in a car in the drive thru. The lady in the window seem like she could care less, Horrible customer service. will never use this Wells Fargo branch ever again.
