This location is in need of change. It used to be a warm and well-managed branch where everyone was friendly, helpful, kind and professional. Different story now. On at least two occasions, I have felt like they were trying to rip me off. Then today I went in and they were unhelpful. I needed to print a digital check to deposit, and they wouldn’t allow me to access a printer there at the bank. In the age of digital banking, this location should re-evaluate the way they conduct business.

I sat and waited 45 minutes for a notary. Somehow he was on a 2 hour-long meeting on the phone and couldn't break away. I can hear the meeting from my seat. Then I call later to see if he is available. The phone rings and rings and rings and doesn't get a representative each time I call. When I walked in, 3 people were doing absolutely nothing. And the only 1 person who is a notary in a bank just tok a client into his office. Your notary should be available, maybe have the bank teller who is mainly available be a notary.

Honestly, the worst Wells Fargo ever and they deserve 0 stars. Ashley in the drive thru can't get deposits right. She should be confirming checks and cash in deposits instead of saying something is short without confirming. Time and time again, I am having to hand over money that was in the deposit because she failed to do her job. She seems to be the ONLY one at this branch who consistently makes mistakes on our deposits and NEVER gives a detailed receipt of the deposit. We spent over an hour trying to call the branch and nobody answered the phone. Finally, I believe his name was Michael, answered the phone but, was extremely rude and would not allow me to speak. Instead, he stated a branch manager would need to call me back but, they were not there at the time. I told him I was trying to ask a simple question about basic math but, he again spoke over me stating he is refusing to help me. I said fine, I will wait for the branch manager to call and asked for his name and he hung up on me. Not a way to treat clients especially when our entire corporation banks with you.

I am quite thankful still for the teller who was able to close my mother's account for me when I had extreme unlimited time to address Mother's affairs in Florida. This was in Oct 2021. I needed to close it before flying back out of Florida. Other Wells Fargo that Mom had her account with had closed, and had to find another branch. The teller said I would need to see the manager, which upon that announcement a woman next to me at the counter said SHE needed to see the manager when she had been conversing with the teller prior to me saying that, as if it was an unhappy social visit. I was in tears at that point to think I would not be able to close this account and could not just travel back to Florida anytime soon to do this. I told the teller I was not going to keep it ope, n was there any way she could do it, and luckily she did, which I know is not the procedure I am sure, but thank God for that teller. Without her help I could not have done it and I was out of time. I have thought of that teller often since then and how she was one of the very good, honest, and remarkable people I have crossed in life to help. When life is continually hard, one remembers the very good and the very bad. Thank you Wells Fargo Indian Rocks.

Today I waited in line 20 min or more to change $50 in smaller bills. First - the young man took my bill, then after minutes came back saying that I have to wait because he is leaving, and another person (the only one) will be take over. The teller who called herself manager was rude and lacked any customer service skills. On top, she made me a liar. I am a customer since 2000, maybe too long. This is my first complaint, and I won't stop.

Love this location. They are always friendly. Have a drive up teller for safety during Covid19 and I appreciate that. Only thing missing is a drive up ATM

Customer service is completely non-existent. HORRIBLE!!! I've been with WF since 1997. No excuse. Apologies are worn out as well as responsibility. Ending my business with them soon!!!

The Wells Fargo branch on Walsingham is the best one of the entire W-F bunch. Rarely, do I actually walk inside a bank anymore. However, when I actually do arrive at the Walsingham branch, everyone is quite attentive to my needs and effusively polite. Now, if you want to talk about management at the corporate level, that is a different discussion. These people at the Wells Fargo branch on Walsingham do their best every day, in my opinion.

This branch is closest to home. The staff is always friendly and nice but I always wait. I have had to jump through more hoops with this bank than any but it is most likely Wells Fargo as a whole not this particular branch. This branch it's mostly the waiting.
