I don't understand why this place has only 3 stars. It certainly deserves better. MUCH BETTER! Food and service here are excellent and the oceanfront location is unparalleled. Daniel (server) is totally on his game as is the rest of the staff. The owner (Spiro) is on site making sure everything goes well. CityParking is plentiful right on location. It's a great early Sunday morning breakfast by the sea place for us but they are also open for lunch and dinner.Kid-friendliness: Our 8 year old daughter loved her pancakes.Parking: Parking is just a short pitching wedge distance away. For you non-golfers that's about 30 yards.

The coffee was yummy and the breakfast sandwiches *think english muffin, eggs, bacon or sausage* are $9 each. I enjoyed this mini breakfast because the view was just ridiculously wonderful. Staff was very very nice here.

Toilets terrible, asked to leave table while we were waiting to pay. Would not return. Did not seem bothered when I told them.

It was my first time at Anglins Beach Cafe. Thank goodness there was a parking spot available in the public parking lot in front of the Cafe because this is a very busy tourist area.
There are tables in front of the restaurant facing the parking lot, but I arrived earlier enough to get a booth on the side of the restaurant facing the beach and the water.
The lobster, mussels, etc. was very good but very expensive considering that the utensils are the cheap plastic kind one would get in a fast-food place. They should have a roll of paper towels on each table. Service by Miko? was very good, and the owners pitched in. Only one bathroom was working, but it was clean.

The mimosas were delish and the eggs benedict were bland (as other reviewers have noted, hollandaise needs some lemon). BUT you're not paying for the food but for being RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Excellent way to start the vacay!

Wow, what a waste of a beautiful location right on the beach. All I could think while sitting at the outside bar was what I could do with this place. Came to Lauderdale by the sea on a Thursday night. Everywhere else was completely packed and jamming. This place was empty except for a couple of people scattered at tables. Bartender looked like an older Jeff Spicoli from Fast Times at Ridgemont High. Unfortunately unlike Jeff in the movie this guy had zero personality. There was a guitar player who let people do karaoke. One of the male waitstaff sang all night and ignored his tables. A couple of drunken girls sang like nails on a chalkboard. I was sitting at the end of the bar near the inside and could hear the employees complaining about the guests. Food looked horrible, and they use the cheapest liquor I have ever seen. One lite beer and one margarita 23 bucks without tip, really! Can't make this stuff up honestly. Avoid at all costs unless you want some good laughs.

The food was absolutely horrible, both in presentation, taste and quantity. The mimosas were , well I don't even know what to say, just horrible, the service, may have been a owner, she was not interested in how we were doing/ checking on us, etc.. then comes the bill, astronomical amount of money for what crap was served to us! I wish I could have given 0 stars, they are not even worth 1. It's also extremely run down inside and out. The sad part is we ate there many times when we lived here 3 years ago, we came back to visit and drove 20 minutes to have breakfast here, what a mistake! I am guessing it's not the same owners as before. Don't waste your money or time here!!!

After ordering, we were told they were out of Feta. They did not inform us until we ordered, of course, everything ordered had feta as a losted ingredient. Seemed to annoy staff when I needed another minute to figure out a different option. When my omelet came, it was not cooked all the way, with runny eggs throughout. Then, they tried to tell me it was feta cheese, which they were out of. And it was obviously not cheese. I had ordered cheddar, which was not put in at all. The toast was burnt. Only ate some bc we were sooo hungry and already here.Very disappointing. At least it's right on the beach...

Was hoping for a good "hole-in-the-wall" beach front place. This was not it. My mom and I ordered the fried calamari, coconut shrimp and a greek salad. The calamari was so hard and chewy. The coconut shrimp and greek salad was just okay and edible. Nothing special. They do not take credit cards (the did not tell us that prior to ordering). They do have an ATM machine. They added a tip automatically to the cost (without mentioning it to me). So, beware. I will not be coming back.

11-5-22 12:10pm Marqus your review from nine years ago was spot on as the food is average. They failed to get bumped to a four being at the pier on the beach as my hot tea glass mug was cracked. Even as cheap as I am would trash this mug not serve it to a paying customer. The service was also not great as the booth in front of us had a different server who as always there. So I understand help shortages but that wasn't the case here it's just we didn't get the right server working here. I had a hot tea no lemons so got a lime instead. Had the western omelette not the most generous sized portion so if you are hungry you will need two at $15. each. Your toast choice was white or wheat that comes buttered. I didn't ask at that point. Hopefully it was butter you never know. We came here as our first choice steps away a restaurant located on the corner, stopped serving breakfast at noon but wasn't ready for lunch either.

Beautiful hidden gem to grab a quick bite! I had the Kefallonian omelet. A perfect balance of onions, olives and Feta cheese. The hash browns were amazingly light, tasty and just enough to complement the omelet. Toast was also included. The ambiance was fun and relaxing and so we're the servers! Fast service at an affordable price, and plenty of seating on both the North and South sides. There was a tiny bar in the middle which I chose to sit at. At that angle, I had a great view of the beach and the pier. There is a parking lot and a meter, and a meter person to take payments. I paid $10 via the ParkToApp method. The minimum to choose from is $10 and you get 2 hours of parking time. I thought this was a little pricy since I had only planned on eating then leaving. Maybe we can make an adjustment or have a choice of 1 hour for $5. I might have splurged for a side of pancakes ??

Drinks at this place are outrageously expensive. We were charged 40 dollars plus tax and compulsory tip for four glasses of “wine spritzer” which is basically a glass of water with a dash of un-named red wine. We then went to the bathroom and found one was out of service and the other one had not been cleaned. Obviously not a place we will go back to. Appalling. Also appalling that they pre-charge tips on all checks including small parties of 2-4 people.

Bare bone and bottom shelf. Ordered oysters on the half shell and mussels marinara aside from drinks. Mussels marinara was very over seasoned and sauce was so salty and terrible let alone when I asked where the bread wedges were the waiter looked puzzled "mussels marinara always comes with sliced French or Italian bread", he scrambled and brought out a stale sliced pita which he had the nerve to charge us for, oysters were minuscule. To top it off the waiter decided to automatically add in his 18% tip without asking. Terrible food, terrible service. It's certainly changed for the worse since the last time we were here. Don't waste your time or money.
