Really pleasant experience. The shop is very organized and clean, the employee - an amazing guy, very knowledgeable, good vibes, willing to help and to offer suggestions -, not to mention that the prices are extremely decent. If you're in the area for sure stop by and give this one a try!

I stopped in to look around, I'm from Michigan, I think it was the owners nephew I talked to, great guy very knowledgeable, I read a review that said owner refused a discount and I had to laugh, did the customer think he was at a yard sale or Costco, get real, ever try running a business ? I suggest you go buy your black n milds at Walmart !

What an unpleasant experience at Lauderdale Tobacco a few days ago with the owner of this store! Despite being a loyal customer, the owner refused a small discount, displaying a lack of appreciation for customer loyalty. It's disheartening to see the absence of any promotional offers to encourage customer loyalty, especially considering that Lauderdale Tobacco is not the sole smoke shop in the vicinity. The refusal to provide even a modest discount left me feeling unappreciated as a customer. I hope the management considers implementing customer loyalty programs and fostering a more welcoming environment to enhance the overall shopping experience for patrons. His attitude was rude, and the tone of voice implied that he was not open to do business my way, otherwise he would be out of business. Every other smoke shop I go has discounts, special offers, and always make me feel welcome, even if I'm just stopping for a bottle of soda only. I would not recommend this place, besides you hardly find what you are looking for, with very low inventory all the time.

Miami prices, and attitude, sadly they exist and in full form and function here! Staff, mediocre at best, luckily the owner was there, to be an absolute piece of work. Save your money & go ANYPLACE else!

I’ve been in town from Cali, and every time I go there Triniy is so amazing. She’s super helpful and easy and funny to talk with. 10 out of 10 service highly recommend this place.

Horrible a wasted trip I called on the phone asked if they had cartons of cigarettes they said yes drove all the way there for the guy to look at me and say no we don't have cartons of cigarettes WTF

No returns even if you havent opened it i bought coils for my vape went home opened my vape up and saw the coils were the wrong size went back the next day to return them and the manager flat out told me no returns the sales assistant at the time of buying did not mention i could not return them nor anywhere in the store does it say no returns manager wouldent even let me exchange them now im stuck with a product i cant use, -Unhappy Former customer

5 out of 5 items I've purchased have all died within a month. Some even less than a month. The staff is different every time and mostly rude. When you go in and tell them there's an issue they say the owners won't let them do returns. It's always a big run around.
