Getting information and pricing was clear and concise and they were able to help make sure I had the best transporter possible for my babies! It is nerve-wracking being away from my babies let alone trusting someone else to transport them across the country but I got updates daily and knew they were in great hands! I was so surprised how quickly and safely they arrived! I couldn't recommend Pet Travel Transport more!”

Store #101 on Federal Hwy is by far the best experience.Proving once again that "people" are the difference makers, 2 OVER THE TOP employees named Valeria and Madisyn run this huge retail storefront, they personalize every customer's experience, and with their stellar knowledge of product the customer walks in and walks out better for their dedication and commitment to excellence.I'm so overwhelmed with these 2, that I am personally contacting management at every level so they know that when a person represents a company in this manner it is the example to follow throughout the company.They will probaly go on to better careers deservedly, but if you happen to shop at this store I assure you-you will notice the difference when people care and more importantly see what that looks like.”

“Berkeley’s Groomer Anna is the best! She takes extra care in doing Berkeley’s nails with care and kindness. Our dog used to be scared of the groomer but she’s always excited to see Anna. The front office staff has improved a lot they are friendly and attentive now. Overall a great experience for getting our dogs nails cut. We have not used any other service yet because our dog is very low maintenance.”

“I've been to this LFS a few times, each time it has been very positive. This last week a gentleman there helped me with live rock and tank set up basics. Really helpful. I also enjoy coming in and finding other aquarium lovers are inside chatting and sharing photos of their tanks. It has a great community feel. I really like getting live rock from them. They have a large amount that you can look at and really get the pieces you want for a good aqua scape. They also have a good selection of supplies, live sand, and they have fritz turbo start which is an essential in my book. It is a great store and I plan on continuing to shop there.”

“Leann was fantastic!! Dr golds ear therapy is a wonderful product... for a water loving cockapoo that has tiny ear canals that are a haven for warm moist fungus issues to thrive. You save me from a trip to get for a gooey ointment and squeezing a tube not knowing how much is actually getting dispersed, this is a squeeze bottle, easy to use and fast results!!! She was knowledgeable on the phone and upon arrival all employees greeted me as well. She walked me to the product as we chatted. She , and the entire store couldn't have been better. $10.99 later and just a few applications later , happy dog and dog owner!”

“I just purchased my beautiful female frenchie at diamonds & doggies and have to admit it was the best experience ever! The price was the best I've seen anywhere, the staff were absolutely amazing and the process was easy. Came in on Xmas eve and despite the store being full with customers the gentleman that assisted us and owner (sorry I'm terrible with names) were beyond welcoming and helpful. Not to include it shows they take good care of their dogs. My dog is not only very healthy but they stand behind what they're selling. Puppies come with a ton of perks one is vet visit for the life of the dog which is great (one per year) ON CALL VETERINARY! And I mean on call you can call her anytime and she actually answers or calls you right back to answer all your questions. I highly recommend buying your puppy here.”
