2 outside ATMs accepted my debit card and then went to a black screen -- it broke. I had to walk away.
I tried another BoA, and I was *able to do a transaction without my PIN.*
So, yeah, someone might be able to steal my money from these broke ATMs. I don't know. I hope they do, BoA! 🤬 I'll come at you if that happens....
Bank of America has security issues. 👎👎👎
Edit: There was no indication that the ATMs were broken. I called the ATM helpline number *on the ATM* and it didn't go through.
BoA, what's wrong with you? 🤨🤨🤨 Are you useful, or just a pain in the 🤬???

Bank of America is a highly regarded financial institution and I am a proud client of many years! This branch covers a large area and but seems to always have a very heavy wait in the teller line. The employees that work there are great . But the ac needs to fix !!! Its stinks and smells bad . That’s like slavering only colored Poeple gets bad treatment. This is not right . This my third time coming here . This is unacceptable

Customer service is at a bare minimum at this location. There is a Business Client line that is never open and there’s absolutely no sense of urgency. Bank Of America cooperate needs to get involved.

This Bank is a hot mess. Parking lot full of potholes. Garbage everywhere. Malfunctioning ATMs. Can’t go inside as they are never staffed properly. Never see this at your branches in predominantly white neighborhoods. DO BETTER

No complaint for the tellers as they are always kind and helpful but this establishment is understaffed. The wait times are too long because of long lines. Do better please
