Customer service is at a bare minimum at this location. There is a Business Client line that is never open and there’s absolutely no sense of urgency. Bank Of America cooperate needs to get involved.

This Bank is a hot mess. Parking lot full of potholes. Garbage everywhere. Malfunctioning ATMs. Can’t go inside as they are never staffed properly. Never see this at your branches in predominantly white neighborhoods. DO BETTER

No complaint for the tellers as they are always kind and helpful but this establishment is understaffed. The wait times are too long because of long lines. Do better please

Really dislike coming to this location. There’s always a problem with one or more of there ATMs. Today being Friday and I’m trying to withdraw some money and only 1 out of 3 ATMs is working. Extremely inconvenient!!!!!

Waited in-line for twenty minutes to order a new debit card. Teller Darlene said we needed to schedule a time to see a banker. First availability would be in two week. Crazy... spoke with Loran the assistant bank manager. Confirmed and told me to come back in two weeks. Why are these bricking mortar banks still in business.? After speaking customer service. I found out the bank manager and teller we're wrong for what they did. The 2 stars on their google review seem to be right on. Hopefully, corporate gets involved with this location. People need simple custom services skills or need to close this branch.

A Friendly and Informative Visit to Bank of America - Review and Tips!My recent visit to the Bank of America branch in Oakland Park left a lasting impression on me. As someone who rarely visits banks, I found myself compelled to share my experience, particularly for those considering opening or closing accounts.First and foremost, if you're in the process of opening a new account, I highly recommend exploring alternative banking institutions. It's worth noting that there are other banks out there that don't burden customers with service charges, unlike Bank of America. In my case, I've decided to transfer my funds to a different bank that doesn't charge for simply keeping my money safe. Now, let me delve into the purpose of my visit. I needed to close all of my accounts with Bank of America due to some unexpected service charges, which resulted in overdrafts. Despite having already moved my funds elsewhere, I had to make a deposit to cover the overdraft charges. The lady who attended to me upon arrival deserves special mention for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. She promptly informed me about the necessary steps to close my accounts and directed me to a teller to make the deposit. It's worth mentioning that if you're looking to close your accounts, you don't necessarily have to go to the bank in person. The process can be handled over the phone, which can save you time and effort. In conclusion, while my overall experience with Bank of America hasn't been ideal, I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff at the Oakland Park branch. Their warm and courteous service made the visit a positive one. However, I would still advise exploring other banking options that prioritize customer satisfaction and offer more favorable terms.

I am mobility impaired, using a walker and standing is painful. B of A has inexplicably made the decision to close the drive thrus. When I hobbled into this branch with my walker, I was met with a desk that seemed to be meant to direct traffic but the man there was having a long discussion with a women involving a third party on the phone. There was no acknowledgment of my or the other customer's presence and no direction as to whether we should move to the line for tellers or wait. So while the waiting customer number grew and the conversation the person was having with the customer seemed to have no end in sight, people started bypassing those of us waiting in confusion to head to the line for the tellers. No drive up, you might think would mean more tellers. Nope. One for business clients and one for everyone else. I found a seat finally before moving to the line for the teller, now 4 people deep including those who came in after me but didn't stop at the first desk. Finally after 20 min additional wait, I got to the counter and said I wanted to make a deposit. The teller maybe didn't notice me walker and sighed and said I needed to get a deposit slip located 20 feet or so away. I said I didn't have one and didn't she?, she sighed and came up with one. After that, all went well. But I consistently feel unwelcome at me B of A branches. They have no concept of how poorly they are set up for a mobility impaired person, but I would have been frustrated even if I were not. No drive-thru, no acknowledgment by staff at entry desk, entry staff handling complex long issues with no explanation of what arriving customers are supposed to do, long wait for the one (and only if you are lucky) two tellers. No consideration for mobility impaired customers who have trouble just standing around for 30 + minutes, all led to a really unpleasant experience.
